My dad and I stayed at Ralf's for two months while studying German. It was great, lots of light, beautiful apartment, enough space for the two of us - though if you're wanting to entertain a lot, there's not really a living room (just a cozy nook with a TV and couch). That said we had 15 people over for my dad's birthday and had enough space in the dining room. They were very friendly and helpful. There were a few things we ended up buying for the kitchen but I'm sure someone staying for only a little while (or who doesn't bake as much as me) wouldn't need those things. The location is great - quick to downtown on the tram, lots of stores right across the street for groceries and anything else, a few restaurants within a few blocks, right by the canal for a beautiful walk, and even an enterprise rent-a-car right around the corner - very convenient for when we rented cars for the weekend! Wish we'd been there in the summer and been able to appreciate the large deck!
