A lavishly furnished and decorated flat, set onto a peaceful green open square, situated in one of Copenhagen´s loveliest central hoods, Østerbro, only 2 train stops from Nørreport station -the city centre. Located at the top floor of a south-facing corner building, the flat is simply bathed in a shimmering warm light (when too overwhelming, blinds are available-:). Meanwhile only your legs will get you up there, to the fifth floor, since there is no lift. Size of the flat = 92 square metres.
I have a cat (see more beneath).
3 major rooms "en suite", which renders the flat with its special feel of extra space and light. The double doors between the bedroom and the combined kitchen and livingroom can obviously be shut. My boy´s room has a bunk bed. It is some 185 cm long. The sofa, underneath it, works also as an extra bed. It is 200 cm long. In the bedroom there is a kingsized double bed.
I have a cat -a British shorthair, which is the least provoking type you´ll get, allergy-wise.
The bathroom, which has newly been built, is supercomfortable, e.g. the brick floor is heated.
Quaint details: The hallway is long and awry, and the 2 biggest rooms are pentagonal.
In another part of the building, there is access to washing machines and dryers. Also, if you fancy roaming about the city in true Copenhagener-style, there are shops nearby that rent out bikes. If only need of one bike, I have an extra you can borrow.
All the above.
Общение с гостями
Probably not much interaction with me, since I will not want to interrupt your feeling at home here, exactly the way you do that best...But surely, I´m "around", and you can call me anytime, if need of whatever sort be. If I am not away on a trip myself, I will naturally be here on your arrival in order to welcome you and explain some of the practical details and functions of the flat. Thus my growing "air-bnb experience" has taught me that most guests prefer rather a little more than too little information... Especially because the flat is as filled as it is, with not always obvious functions -such as all the many lights, whose switches otherwise may prove too much of a riddle to locate:-)
If I cannot be their at your arrival, I will leave as much of such info as possible on the red table in the livingroom. Usually most guests prefer to relax, and so avoid too much hassle about such practicalities, when just arrived -which I myself prefer when renting myself- why I just leave it up to you to call me when or if some info or advice is needed.

My cat is the easiest of cats, so I usually let it stay when people stay here, but if you would prefer him not to be here, and you are out in good time, tell me, and I will try to have him taken care of somewhere else. The only thing I´d ask you, if he stays when you´re here, however, is to give him fresh water in the mornings + his extra luxury meal every second day. I will of course leave exacter info on this for you, as well. If you are not particularly a "cat-lover", you will definitely not feel bothered about him, since he is very intelligent in his own sweet way, meaning that he will then just mind his own business somewhere on his own :-)
The flat, I figure, is very well suited both for a family or a small group of friends, etc. It is perfect if you are a couple with a kid or two, since there is both the playroom and a very neat play-yard in front on the square.
The only sort of behaviour I expect is the averagely responsible and decent one of minding the things in the flat and not pouring delicious redwine over the wooden floors, etc-:)
Also not to play loud music after 21 at night, and such usual signs of mutual respect with the other flat-owners.
