Cozy and comfortable, equipped with cable television, stove, microwave, electric kettle, washing machine, A/C and refrigerator, built-in wardrobes, cutlery, crockery, bed and bath linen and mosquito netting on all windows.
We are nestled in the peaceful village of Betalbatim in South Goa. Although Goa experiences frequent power outages, our studios are equipped with power inverters that will power the TV and AC in the midst of surrounding darkness. But in case you have no need for these modern conveniences, you can opt to switch them off and light some candles. And speaking of romance, there's also an idyllic underpopulated life-guarded beach only a five minute walk down a lonely village road with paddy fields on either side! Betalbatim doesn't share the hustle and bustle of beaches in North Goa like Calangute and Baga. People don't come to South Goa for the action - that's for sure. Even a decent discotheque is a real hard find. But on the bright side, you get to enjoy months of warm winter sunsets, seated at a beachfront shack sipping on a pina-colada or your favorite Indian beer - Kingfisher.
Our one-bedroom studio apartments are cozy, comfortable and low maintenance. They come equipped with all the modern conveniences except for wi-fi! For internet access there are a couple of cyber options in the immediate vicinity. Conveniences such as cable television, stove, microwave, washing machine, A/C and refrigerator will make you feel right at home.

The last weak of October is when the tourists first start shuttling in. The time marks the definitive end of the monsoons in India. The months of November, December, January and February are considered the "winter" months. But if you're coming to Goa, be sure not to carry your overcoats. You won't find the climate anything cooler than pleasant. But come beginning of April, the tourists start to in dwindle in numbers when things start to heat up. The months of May through September are considered "off season" in Goa, albeit South Goa is like a different place with the monsoons are in full swing. The place has a whole new charm - the seas are choppy; no tourists in sight. You get a real taste of village life in Goa without the whole tourist racket. Plus everything is so much cheaper - like food and transport; and the bigger eatery establishments are still in business.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Please try to respect the beauty of Goa's beachs and not litter, and use the items in the apartment as if it were your home. Thanks :)
