Spacious and comfortable basement space with separate entrance includes one bedroom with full-size bed , living room, desk/work area and bathroom. Greenwood Ave is just 1 block to public transportation and convenient to everything!
Enjoy your visit! Due to zoning regulations, cooking appliances are not allowed in the apartment, this includes toaster ovens, microwaves and electric hot plates. Guests are not allowed to bring their own cooking appliances. We do provide a microwave for guests to use, located just outside the apartment in the laundry room. No parking in the driveway, if you drive please park on the street in front of the house. No smoking in the house, please clean up after yourself if you do smoke outside. Leave keys in the ceramic tray by the door upon check-out. No loud noise, music, etc. between 10pm and 8am. No unregistered guests are allowed to sleep over. Please keep the apartment clean and when checking-out please leave it in the same condition you found it when checking-in. Remove all trash before checking-out, trash/recycle bins are located outside along the driveway. No pets unless previously arranged with host prior to check-in. No parties or gatherings of individuals not on original guest list without advance permission from host. Please clean all dishes, utensils, etc used during your stay and empty coffee maker upon check-out. Please make sure that all doors are locked when leaving apartment and upon check-out. No unattended children around pond, use of back yard at your own risk, please keep gates closed. Please be considerate of our neighbors and our upstairs tenant. Please respect private areas; basement storage area (clearly marked) and garage. These areas are for host and upstairs tenant only.
