My sincere apologies. As a Superhost with 5 star cleanliness reviews, my goal is to make each and every guest have an ideal experience. As you indicated above, I checked in with you several times during your stay and asked if there was any thing I could do to make your visit in the condo more accommodating and comfortable. The only feedback you gave me was you were having issues with the shower curtain liner in the guest bath puckering which I took care of immediately. In regards to the knats in the window sills, when a guest opens the windows in the Spring these pesky critters are attracted to light and find a way to squeeze through the screens. I personally wiped down all of the sills before your arrival. In regards to the beds, had you communicated this to me during one of our exchanges, I would have immediately sent a cleaning person into the unit to rectify the situation. Although I saw my cleaning personal change the bedding, I certainly would not want to sleep on sheets that appeared unwashed. I thoroughly enjoyed hosting you and your collegue and am sorry I was not given the opportunity to have every aspect of your stay meet your expectations.
