Our gorgeous studio is set in the grounds of The Old Rectory, which dates back to the 12th century.You will find yourselves based in one of the most idyllic villages in the yorkshire dales,near the river Wharfe and perfect for cyclists and walkers.
This luxurious studio is kitted out with crisp white linen,velety throws, TV and wifi .The Rectory is unique as we offer the facility for both Seviced accomodation or bed and breakfast in the studio rooms. The studio has it's own private kitchenette and luxuary en-suite shower room. The kitchen has a two ring hob, convection microwave and fridge. We provide the basics of tea,coffee,orange juice, water,milk, buscuits and the basic condements. Ideal for preparing a tasty packed lunch for your day out. If you let us know in advance we will stock the kitchen with your chosen groceries ready for your arrival. This will be at an extra charge. If you require breakfast we will provide a continental breakfst including coissants, crumpets, cereals, butter, jam, fruit, yoghurt and fruit juice.
Please note the post code for The Rectory is BD23 5HH. The one listed on the (website hidden) map is incorrect.
The Rectory looks out on to Linton Beck and the village green. It has it's own private car park.Room 1 has it's own entrance. Rooms 2+3 have a shared porch entrance leading on to your own private rooms. The rooms 2+3 can adjoin making them perfect for families.

For guests staying longer than 6 nights or overseas guests traveling around the uk/Europe, I am happy to wash and dry your laundry. Unfortunately I never mastered the art of ironing, so an iron/ironing board is provided.
Unfortunately we don't allow pets or smoking at The Rectory.
Please could you strip your bed linen on the day of your departure.
Please can you place all rubbish in a bag and leave outside the front door.
Generally tidy up.
