Chipichape is literally 4 Blocks away. On the Avenue you will find plenty of taxis though it is best if you ask the doorman to call one. Otherwise you could get an UBER or use the MIO Bus because the Station is in front of the apartment building. There are also plenty of Inter Regional Buses that ride thru the Avenue so you can visit smaller cities like Yumbo, Vijes, Yotoco, Buga, Tulua, Andalucia, Zarzal, Cartago, etc.
If you get hungry, Molino Bakery is half a block away and it is great for breakfast _I highly suggest the "croissant de queso"_. For lunch you could go to Las Delicias de Isa which is on tower B.
You will be close to everything so you don't even need a car... you will LOVE IT!!!
PLUS The apartment was decorated with a contrast of antique and modern furniture. The art pieces are representative of the region "El Valle Del Cauca". Everything is for sale... including the original antique pieces from the display cabinet. Just ask me.

I am ... always willing and ready to help. I will be responsive to any question or doubt. Also my housekeeper can help you if needed. She will be in the apartment from Monday thru Friday to clean every day so you can relax and enjoy your home away from home. She'd cook if you ask and get her groceries.

Check-in : after 2 pm & Check-out : before 11 am.
Each guest must show a government issued identification to doorman. He will provide you a key to the apartment if there isn't any discrepancy between identification(s) and name(s) I authorize. Make sure you email me copy of all identifications at least 1 day prior to check-in.
Visitors are allowed as long as their full names are emailed to me in advance. However your visitor cannot stay overnight in the apartment.
If doorman reports visitors inside the apartment past midnight you will be charged for each visitor as extra guest(s) for the entire duration of your stay.
No parties or sleepovers or unauthorized visitors inside the apartment. No smoking. No drugs. No prostitutes or any kind of illegal activities. No pets. Sorry!
Be kind and considerate towards building residents. No loud music after 10 pm. Ok?
Keep the windows closed to avoid dust, noise & unfriendly insects while you stay. Ok?
Keep an eye out for any possible leaks from the AC units. Room 3 AC water bucket has to be emptied every day to avoid flooding. Ok?
You may keep the gas heating boiler on throughout your stay. Just make sure you turn it off when you check-out. Ok?
Please empty the bucket under the AC unit inside room 3 on a daily basis when you use this room.
For 5 day rentals or longer the cleaning service is a MUST.
All communications and transactions must be done thru this page (airbnb).
