My house is from 1950 and I moved in and restored it in 1990. It was love at first sight!...and lot of work too! At your disposal a bedroom and a basic kitchenette where you can prepare and have your breakfast and quick meals like toast and salads. In the kitchenette you will find a fridge, a toster\owen and an electric kettle and a washing machine. According to weather condition, you can also use a terrace furnished with a table, 2 armchairs and sun umbrella.
During your stay consider the bathroom and the kitchenette as yours. I will use it only when you are not at home. In case you need to make laundry, I'll ask a contribute of 5E for soap and electricity.
