Cozy 2 Bedroom Apartment, which sleeps 6, and 50 meters from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR, is spacious & newly renovated. The shopping district of Tsim Sha Tsui is at your feet, while you can still enjoy the tranquility at our apartment, facing the green hills.


This 2 bedroom apartment is 100% exclusively yours when you rent it. The apartment is conveniently situated in the bustling Yau Tsim Mong district (abbreviation for Yau Ma Tei, Tsim Sha Tsui & Mong Kok). It is next to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR. This apartment is located in a VERY VERY convenient location with Tsim Sha Tsui MTR within 50 meter to anywhere in Hong Kong. Extremely convenient. You almost cannot find anything better located.

You will have plenty of shopping and restaurants right at your doorstep, and if you wish to go other districts the MTR is 50 meter away. The apartment comes with FREE wifi usage and cable TV.

Below is a brief description of what the apartment contains.

There is a Master Bedroom with a large comfortable double bed with room for 2 to sleep comfortably. The room has a small cupboard for storage.

The other bedroom has a bunk bed where the lower bed is a double bed sized version. Bedroom 3 sleeps 3 people.

In the living room there is a sofa bed that can sleep one :). The living rom contains the TV, dining table, and sofa. You can watch TV, or just chill out with your friends. The TV has plenty of channels, both international and local channels for your browsing. Free usage of internet WIFI during your stay.

The kitchen contains a washer, fridge, microwave/oven and all the standard utensils, plates etc for you if you wish to use during your stay.

The bathroom is a newly renovated stand up shower cabinet with a new toilet and sink etc.

Central: 5 minutes away by MTR.
Mong Kok: 5 minutes away by MTR.
Causeway Bay: 10 minutes away by MTR.
HK International Airport: 21 minutes away by Airport Express and 5 minutes by taxi. If by taxi you are 25 minutes away.
Macau Ferry Terminal: 5 minutes by taxi. Walk is 10 minutes.
Star Ferry: 5-10 minutes walk.

Please see below for an in depth FAQ of all questions that usually pop up during previous guests stays AS WELL as the HOUSE RULES. :) Things in Hong Kong might be different than where you come from, so I have composed a FAQ list for you at the bottom. Please kindly take 2 minutes to read it.

I strongly recommend referring to this list before asking a common household question as you'll most probably find the answer much quicker than waiting for us to come solve something that is not really a problem actually. I really hope this will help you.

For emergency only - if it happens you have no phone to contact us, please find a phone outside at a nearby shop.

Strictly NO SMOKING.

Please treat this as your own home.

Please kindly empty the trash when needed, instead of emptying the trash in one go after multiple days. The rubbish can be disposed into the rubbish bin at the emergency staircase.

Please kindly do not congregate in front of the main entrance to the building on check-in or at any time.

Please kindly do not block the entrance to the building or wait in front of the lift in the lobby. If you need to wait for other of your travelling party, please wait somewhere outside on the street.

If you are a larger party with a lot of guests, please be considerate to other residents in the building and enter the building in smaller groups of people. That will ease congestion of the lobby area, and avoid residents complaining about unnecessary many people and luggage in the elevator. If you are a lot of guests, please consider to enter/leave the building and apartment in smaller groups to avoid congesting elevators, lobbies etc :)

Do make yourself at home, but please help save the environment by turning off the air conditioner and all electrical appliances when you leave the apartment, many thanks for your cooperation.

If somebody or the security guards asks, please tell them you are a friend of mine. This is because the apartment is located in a private residential building.

If possible, please kindly remove all flight check-in sticker labels from the luggage, so as not to cause unnecessary attention from residents.

Please be considerate and keep your noise-levels down at ALL times at common areas. Please be extra considerate of other residents between 11PM-7AM to avoid complaints.

The water heater needs to be turned off when not in use. This is to avoid it from breaking - If your heater breaks during your stay you may not have hot water for the rest of the period. In certain cases, some of the water heaters are engineered in a way to discharge excess hot water, that will potentially cause some minor flooding if the heater is left on for prolonged time! Therefore: PLEASE TURN IT OFF.

In the case that you have an evening departure flight:
Please note that you can check in your luggage at anytime during the same day as your flight at the Airport Express station, which is located at Kowloon Station or Hong Kong Station. That way you would be free to explore the city on your last day, not having to worry about your luggage or rushing to the airport since you have already checked in, you will not have to be at the airport as early as everyone else.

Q) There is no hot water / how does the water heater work?
A) Unless otherwise stated, nearly all of my apartments will have a water heater switch on the outside of the bathroom that **MUST** be turned on prior to using the water.
Please look for a switch with a red light on the wall before entering the bathroom, or you can turn on all the switches.
For gas heaters, it will warm up instantly the water when you use it.
For electric heaters, please note that it takes 5-10 minutes for the heater to warm up the water. Dependent on how much water you use for the shower, the temperature over time will decrease if you take a long hot water shower - all that is required is to wait a bit for the heater to reheat before you take the next shower :)

In rare cases there may be no water switch on the outside of the bathroom, in these scenarios simply run the bath tap to kick start the water heater.


Q) How do I use the TV?
A) In most of my apartments there will be free cable TV provided, please enter the 3 digit channel number to watch any of the available channels below. The "source" on the TV should be set to HDMI and then you can use the cable TV remote to press HOME to see the subscribed channels, or you can enter the channel.

Q) Where should I throw the garbage?
A) Please kindly throw away garbage DAILY. Do not collect garbage, and please dispose of your garbage daily as we do not want any unusual garbage quantity when you check out or after a few days. Thanks for your kind understanding :) Please empty your rubbish into the bins provided in the stairwell or ground floor for management to collect.

If there is no bin in the stairwell or ground floor then please note that you are expected to dispose of this yourself into the nearest public bin.

Q) Where should I leave the key when I check out?
A) Please leave the key either under the doormat outside the apartment (if provided) or on the TV cabinet / dining table.
Please note that lost keys WILL BE CHARGED FOR.

Q) Is house keeping provided / will someone change my sheets & towels?
A) Please understand that we are not a hotel - and do not provide housekeeping services.

Unless previously agreed upon, please note that no cleaning or house keeping service will be provided during your stay.

Q) There is no flushing / running water please help!
A) Due to the ever changing nature of Hong Kong there are many maintenance works carried out on water tanks by the buildings management team or as part of public maintenance works.
In the rare event that there is no flushing and/or running water please look for a notice sign in the lobby or common area before contacting me. Please understand that in these instances I am unable to control the buildings water maintenance schedule - the affected water supply should return back to normal within 24 hrs unless stated otherwise.

Q) The stove isn't working please help!
A) In some of my apartments I might have an induction cooker / hot plate as a stove. Please note that as a safety precaution these devices will auto-off if there is no pot on the cooker.

Q) Can I have a late checkout?
A) Due to tight schedules of our 3rd party cleaning staff I am usually unable to provide a late checkout.
If you have a late flight please use the In-Town Check In service at either Kowloon or Hong Kong station; this service will allow you to check in your luggage anytime from 24hrs up to 90mins before your scheduled departure. Should your airline not let you check-in in-town, there is a luggage storage at the airport that can store your luggage for a small amount.
You are free to ask for a late checkout - and it can be arranged for a small nominal fee. It is more for us to reschedule and pay a cleaner to come later than originally.

Q) I have arrived early and the apartment isn't clean!
A) Unless previously stated our check in time is 2pm. Please understand that the cleaning staff are extremely busy and guests who arrive earlier than previously agreed upon may find that there apartment has yet to be serviced by the cleaning staff. Although unfortunate at times that this might happen, we endeavor to provide you with the best service, and we thank you for your understanding in advance.

Обязательно снимите жилье у Криса!!!!если вы не брезгуете каждый день прочищать унитаз вантусом и бороться с бойлером!!!!! Вы пишете мне,что "Надеюсь, у вас было приятное времяпровождение. (это звучит как издевательство) "Обратите внимание: наши уборщицы будут завтра в 11:00, так как им нужно успеть правильно убрать квартиру."Очевидно это как то особо измазанная квартира, иначе не понятно,чем занимаются УБОРЩИЦЫ.? Отвечаю Вам что мне было противно жить в вашей мерзко-грязной квартире. мне было противно прочищать унитаз ежедневно. Меня бесило !!что замызганные и очень очень очень грязные стены. Мне была противна плесень в ванной на занавеске и на стенах. мне омерзительны чужие волосы и пыль в углах я конечно же оставлю отзыв,описав вашу квартиру какая она есть. Унитаз - это конечно же испытание не для брезгливых. Вам должно быть стыдно сдавать такую квартиру. уверена вы тоже живете неряшливо и воняете также как ваше жилье.

Квартира расположена в хорошем месте, около метро. Рядом остановка автобуса А21 в и из аэропорта, что очень удобно! Квартира чистая, соответствует фото.

Platz ist in Hong Kong mehr als kostbar. Unter diesem Aspekt war das Appartment OK für uns drei (wenn auch sehr klein). Wir waren aber ohnehin nur zum Schlafen da. Auch die Sauberkeit muss man mit asiatischen Augen betrachten. Die Fotos entstanden wohl, als das Appartment neu ausgestattet wurde. Inzwischen sind die Wände schmutziger, der Duschvorhang müsste dringend erneuert werden. Die Küche haben wir nicht gebraucht. Die Lage ist allerdings sehr gut, in einer wenig befahrenen Seitenstrasse, abgesehen von der Grundgeräuschkulisse einer Megacity relativ ruhig. Nur wenig Minuten zur Star Ferry und Metro. Die Kommunikation mit Chris war exzellent, wir fanden alles so vor, wie er das für das checkin/checkout vorgesehen hatte. Alles in allem eine brauchbare Adresse für einen Kurztrip nach HK.

This place is the best place in the city to be. Very very close to the MRT which means you can get anywhere in the city very quickly. It is small, but that is reflective of HK in general. We fitted comfortably with 2 adults and 3 children. It is an older place in a residential building but that is reflected in the price. Wifi worked great as did the tc etc.

Place is good search, the geographical position is great, the downstairs is the centre, Tsim Sha Tsui, shopping or something super convenient, clean room is very clean, is that there is a bedroom air conditioning not refrigeration, toilet water is not very smooth, other everything is very good
