Private home nestled at the base of the beautiful Boise foothills, walkable to local dining & shopping, and Historic Hyde Park. Enjoy a 5-minute walk to two breweries, pizza, sushi and coffee. Miles of hiking, running or Mtn Biking trails directly out your door. Convenient to downtown, BSU and Boise airport (15 min drive), Bogus Basin ski resort (25 minute). Spacious, open and bright 2 bed/1 bath with large living space and two separate seating areas with sofa beds to create 4 separate sleeping areas in this 1400*sq ft home. Private outdoor space, washer & dryer for guest use, FREE Parking. A pack and play, children’s toys, books and kitchen items make this home a comfortable space for families to enjoy also.

This is the main level of a charming and comfortable duplex. Built in 1965 and still retains some of its original charm. Located in Boise`s North End at the base of the foothills. The upstairs space is completely yours, with a separate entrance and easy access. (there are two other spaces with private entrances at the same property) Must climb stairs. It has it`s own heating and cooling units and is completely separate from the other spaces. 

The master features a comfortable king-size bed, with quality linens. There is a closet that provides plenty of space for guests to store personal items. Windows let in natural light and black out curtains for privacy.


The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, quality linens, closet space and plenty of hangers for storage of guests clothing and personal items.

Additional Sleeping: We can provide a pack and play, infant bath and booster seat if needed. Please make sure to request these items ahead of time so that they can be available on your arrival as they are kept in a locked storage.

Nicely updated full bath with tub/shower combo. Complete with shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, paper products and a hair dryer for your traveling convenience! All bathroom linens are high-quality and tastefully chosen.

Kitchen is stocked with new stainless steel appliances featuring a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher & coffee maker. All utensils & cookware are included to make eating in, convenient and enjoyable. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner seated at the dining table or on the outdoor table on a sunny day. There is a round pedestal table and additional chairs for seating up to 8 that are stored in the large laundry room area.

Dining area opens to living area and features dining table with sides that fold up for additional eating space. This room also has a comfortable sofa bed that lays flat for an additional sleeping area.

Spacious open living area is furnished with a sofa sectional that pulls out into a bed and can function as an additional sleeping area. Great for curling up with a blanket and a book, or catching up on your favorite Netflix series. There are two oversized chairs for additional seating for lounging around the fireplace with remote operated candles and lights for ambiance but the fireplace is not functional. Large Smart TV with Amazon, Netflix and WIFI to complete the necessities!

Full-size washer and dryer provided for guest use in common area. Iron/ironing board are also available at the property.

Great outdoor space features two patios (one sunny, one shaded) for your exclusive use, Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine outside. The back yard backs up to the foothills for complete privacy, and a lovely view. Walk up to the gate and take a hike or watch the sunset.

Covered, private, off street parking is provided FOR ONE CAR ONLY in the carport. FREE street parking is also available. The steep driveway can be hard to navigate during the winter when there is snow or ice.

The unit is a duplex with a secondary studio suite. The upstairs duplex unit is entirely private and can’t be accessed by other guests. The front patio on the upper level is the right side of the carport is for your use. The front upstairs unit is completely yours, with a separate entrance and easy access.

Other Things to Note
~ You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm. 
~ Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.
~ Guests should acknowledge that there is potential for noise from the private secondary unit.

This home is located at the base of Bogus Basin Road just above the historic district of the "North End" neighborhood, more specifically "Hyde Park". Hyde Park boasts quaint little coffee shops, restaurants and unique shopping. There are a variety of restaurants, pubs, breweries, candy/ice cream shops, bike shops, in Hyde Park. There is a convenience store within a few blocks of the home along plenty of food and drink options close by. We recommend Caffe Capri Coffee shop across the street and Highlands Hollow Brewhouse at 2455 Harrison Hollow Lane. The home is near the famous Camels Back Park with miles of single track running, hiking and mtn biking trails. The foothills trails connect to a system of trails called "River to Ridges" trail systems. It also connects to Hulls Gulch Nature Preserve. The trails right behind the home quickly transport you to a natural space with miles of hiking and biking in Boise’s foothills. Take the opportunity to watch the sunrise or sunset from the hilltop behind the house, its a real treat! Only 25 minute drive to Bogus Basin Ski Resort and 15 minute drive to the Boise Airport.
