You can rest assured...there is NO risk of your vacation being cancelled by us (we are often contacted by renters that have been cancelled by other property owners who ended up in court for operating illegally without a license).

The property has a keyless entry. You will be assigned a unique entry code by owner which will be activated immediately before arrival time and deactivated at check-out.
The Gulf of Mexico, casinos, fishing, fine dining, local restaurants, beach, world-class museums, shopping, entertainment, charter boats, Biloxi tour train, fresh shrimp right off the boats, bike rentals, trolleys, nightlife, world class entertainment, mass transit, professional baseball park, water park, festivals, Biloxi Lighthouse, Biloxi Visitor's Center, etc., etc., etc, all within easy walking distance! This huge luxury property is the very best!!! The coast-to-coast train track is approximately 1/2 mile north, so you sometimes here a train in the middle of the night. There is a hospital conveniently located across the street. They must comply with a city noise ordinance that prohibits ambulances turning on sirens within 3 blocks of the hospital.

The French Townhouse is an extremely tasteful, beautiful, first-class property. Professionally decorated with old-word charm, it has the very latest conveniences and comforts of home. ONLY registered guests are allowed overnight.
No loud outside noise between 10 pm-7am (per City of Biloxi code). The city enforces its 10 pm-7 am outside noise curfew ordinance.
Parking for up to 3 registered vehicles (you must complete vehicle registration form with owner). All vehicles above 3 and/or any unregistered vehicles will be towed (monitored by security patrol company).
NO pets allowed on furniture.
Pet refuse must be picked up and disposed of properly.
NO smoking inside (smoking allowed on patio).
NO cigarettes in inside trash cans.
NO candles allowed.
NO large or loud parties.
NO sand allowed inside (wash off and shake beach towels THOROUGHLY before entering)
Sand is abrasive and will be considered damage.

Both Joe & I attended The University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, MS. After earning a B.S. degree in 1981 and then a Master’s Degree & National Board Certification in Elementary Education, I taught 1st & 2nd grade for 29.5 years before retiring from Biloxi Public Schools in 2010. Joe graduated in 1980 with a degree in Business & opened Coastal Machinery, a Kubota tractor/machinery dealership in Pensacola, Florida. The French Townhouse serves as a fun escape for guests from around the world, which have included the CEO of Trump International Hotels, Prime Minister of Agriculture of Canada, owners of national companies, inventors, world-class restaurateurs, celebrities, professional athletes, and all-around wonderful, nice, fun-loving people.
