Jasmine is included in bookings of 13 and 14 people and can be rented by groups of 12 or less for £200 per week. It is never rented independently of the main house.
Maximum numbers depend on the mix of adults and children and time of year.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
* The house, grounds and facilities are only for the use of booked guests only - for insurance reasons and in relation to the price paid per number of people booked.
* Owners may access the property and gardens for pool maintenance, repairs, watering or for any other reason deemed necessary.
* Third-party services are reliable – including water, electricity and wifi – compensation cannot be offered for any temporary absence.
* Guests to report equipment failure immediately. Repair by the Owners will be as soon as is reasonably possible.
* Riemann P20 sunscreen is not allowed – it permanently stains linen and towels.
* Damage or loss – including linen, towels or keys – to be taken from the security deposit.
* Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the house and ash trays must be used if smoking outside
* Guests must not make loud noise (including music) or disturb neighbours.
* Internet is for emailing and general surfing and mustn’t be used to view/download illegal content.
* Guests must take care of the house and grounds and leave it in a clean and tidy condition – failure to do so may result in non-refund of some or all of the security deposit
* The 'person in charge of booking" is responsible for informing all guests of the terms and conditions.
* If guests fail to comply with the terms and conditions, they shall surrender the Property (Almond Hill House), remove all of their property and belongings and leave the Property in good order and free of damage. No refund of any portion of the Total Price of Stay shall be made.
