Floor to ceiling renovation completed in 2015 in our 5,000+ square foot property near the base of Deer Valley. Every stick of furniture, flooring, and appliance is brand new. You will not be disappointed!

This 5,300 square foot property lives large across three levels. Great for multi-family vacations, there are numerous gathering spaces with two separate living rooms on the main level and a media room in the lower level with projector, surround sound, and 120 inch screen. The lower level also has two large bedrooms with en-suite bath in each. One room is furnished with two Queen beds and the other with two custom double bunk beds. The main level has a well appointed kitchen, living room and dining room separated by a floor to ceiling stone fireplace. Den with fireplace and 50' LCD TV. Finally, the top level boasts three bedrooms including a generous master suite and two spacious bedroom's – each with en-suite bathroom and LCD TV. For convenience, there is both an upper and lower laundry room. The three-car garage has plenty of room for your vehicles and winter gear. Large wooden deck in front and off master and a large jetted hot tub on the back deck.

Our Property Manager will be there to greet you on arrival and make sure that you are settled in for a pleasant stay. If ever you have a question or concern, he will be a phone call away.

Solamere is a quite neighborhood in Lower Deer Valley that is equidistant from downtown Park City and Deer Valley skiing. We have great views of the mountains out the window and extensive trails for snowshoes, hiking and biking.

Free public bus transportation throughout Park City or Uber / Lyft if you prefer. Plenty of airport shuttle services, but for most guests we recommend renting a car.

Aside from locked owner storage areas, you will have entire run of the house and access to our extensive kitchen equipment, audio visual investment, and furnishings.

You will be provided with a unique key code to access the house during your stay. That said, we also retain a local Property Manager who is an expert on the property and its operation. If ever you have a question or concern, he will be a phone call away.

1.Smoking is NOT allowed.
2.People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3.This unit is privately owned. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4.Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
5.Only use appliances for their intended uses
6.Pets are NOT allowed.
7. Parking: Parking is limited to 5 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in either the garage or driveway. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
8.Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
9.Hot Tub: No children under the age of 16 permitted in hot tubs without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our service team sanitize the tub and replenish chemicals in the tub prior to your arrival. DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVER. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you may be charged for replacement. Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm.
10.Fireplaces: The main level fireplaces have a natural gas "ignition" system that is designed exclusively to start a wood burning fire. Please do not leave gas on for more than 10 minutes to get logs burning. There is firewood provided for the wood burning fireplace. The gas fireplace upstairs is a non-vented propane gas log fired firebox. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace.
11.Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the waste water system, you could be charged damages.
12.Storms: No refunds will be given for storms. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Driveway and walkways are maintained; however, we highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions.
13.Arrival and Departure: Please respect the arrival and departure regulations as the housekeeping schedule is built based on these times. If housekeeping needs to reschedule cleaning, you will be billed for their time and inconvenience.

This is vacation dream-house. We share it with one other family and much of leisure time (Summer and Winter) is spent here. This is our second property in Park City and we applied all that we learned and loved in that home here.

We are avid skiers and mountain bikers. Our children prefer snowboarding and we love the fact that both are so close to the house. .
