Come enjoy all Richmond has to offer, while staying in a historic Church in Richmond’s oldest neighborhood.
The best way to experience historic Church Hill is by staying in a converted church on the Hill! This condo is the original sanctuary of a 19th century church. It retains many of the architectural details, such as stained glass windows and a carved wood organ screen. It is a large, (1670 square feet) mostly open space, spread over 3 levels. The first floor has a dining room with seating for 6 at the table, a kitchen, and a large living room. The gourmet kitchen is newly renovated with high-end stainless steel appliances and granite counters, and is fully stocked with dishes and cookware. The living room has 15' tall windows overlooking 26th Street, and is furnished with a mix of new and refinished furniture. On the second floor is the "Organ Room", office, and laundry room. The Organ Room is cozy and is situated where originally the organ's pipes resided, and has a television and a wonderfully comfortable couch that converts to a full size bed. You are welcome to use the washer and dryer during your stay. There is an additional sofa in the office if you need some quiet time to yourself. The third floor is the bedroom, with a queen size bed and a unique triangular stained glass window.
Guests will have access to the entire condo since I am renting it out while I am not there.
Общение с гостями
As you will have the entire space, there will be no interaction unless you wish. I will meet you with a key if arriving at a mutually convenient time, or we can make arrangements for picking up the key. I am always available by phone or email, and either I, or a neighbor will be close by if any issues arise.
