Anna's place is perfect for just about anyone. It has two rooms that can either be separated or remain undivided by two doors. All the standard amenities that make your time in her apartment comfortable and enjoyable. Things that made it ideal for my friend and I during our week in Paris were WIFI and 2 beds. In all honesty, we were out and about 90% of the time so we didn't ever run into a situation where this apartment did not meet our needs. We walked to every major sight (Eiffel, Place de Trocadero, Arch de Triumphe, Louvre, Hotel Invalides, Pantheon, Statue of Liberty, Notre Dame) from Anna's apartment (full disclosure we were a bit sore by the end of the week) and never used public transit once. But the apartment is very close to the metro (line 9 I believe), for those who don't want to walk everywhere. It is walking distance from many restaurants, bakeries, cafes, pharmacies, and supermarkets. It is amazingly close to the Eiffel Tower, to the point where my friend and I developed a local mentality of the tower just being a daily part of life, by the end of our stay. The Apartment is very safe and secure, and in one of the more quieter neighborhoods, which is always comforting when staying in a foreign place.
In addition, Anna is an amazing host who makes you feel welcomed and is very willing to help those who stay at her place. She makes point to make herself available during your stay, which I deem a plus in a host.
