2.2 miles (3.5 km) to UCB campus, near public transportation, local neighborhood style shopping and the famous Berkeley 'gourmet ghetto'.
Great access base to UCBerkeley Campus (8 minutes drive, 12 minutes on bike), San Francisco, Napa Valley, Silicon Valley, Marin county (beaches) and only 3.5h drive to Lake Tahoe or Yosemite!
