This beautifully presented, pet friendly vacation home boasts four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and stylish furnishings, all just one street back from the main Coolum Esplanade. Seamlessly blending old and new, this home has timber flooring and character features throughout, with a recent extension, modern kitchen, WIFI, Foxtel and a smart TV offering added comfort and sophistication.

An open plan living and dining space flows to a spacious outdoor deck with covered outdoor setting, wall mounted TV and sparkling swimming pool complete with sun loungers. Listen to the sound of the surf while entertaining friends and family or enjoy time away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including a Smeg cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer.

Accommodation is split between four bedrooms, with a twin king single bedroom, two queen bedrooms and a master with king bed. Ceiling fans throughout and air conditioning in the main living room plus the master bedroom provide guests with year round comfort, while two bathrooms including a luxury ensuite ensures everyone can spread out and enjoy their own space during their stay.

Additional features of this home include off-street parking for two cars, security and fly screens as well as a fully fenced yard. Guests will love the central location meaning they can take a short stroll to the beach during the day or to the nearby restaurants by night.

By accepting this booking you hereby agree that if you or any occupant covered by this booking, breaches our terms and conditions, your name, phone number and email address and details of the breach/s may be registered with this organisation. Coolum Holidays reserve the right to cancel a booking where a guest is registered on bad books.
