Enjoy a pub size billiard table, 50" plasma TVs on both levels, DVD players and DVD's, chiropractic beds, airy cathedral ceiling and open living areas. Take advantage of a well appointed kitchen and BBQ or simply enjoy a wine or two on the massive decks with secure balustrading. Bedding configuration consists of 1 King, 2 Queen and a double sofa bed.

Visit one of the many nearby wineries/restaurants, take a swim at the nearby beaches or a walk to Mount Martha Park only a few blocks away. Play some golf, or visit Red Hill or Mornington racecourse craft markets.

Enjoy a movie at the Mornington cinema or Dromana Drive-In, or take a walk down Main St Mornington for some shopping and lunch at one of the many cafes and hotels. Take advantage and enjoy a massage or dip in the healing waters of the peninsula hot springs just a short drive 15-20 minutes away.

Please read these booking terms and conditions carefully as they incorporate the basis upon which bookings are accepted by the owners of Wonderful Wonderland Views.

We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions:

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

No Party Policy: Our holiday home is located in a quiet neighbourhood. A strict no party policy applies. We ask you keep noise to a minimum after 9pm for the safety, comfort and privacy of neighbours.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.

No Smoking Policy: There are no exceptions to this. Any evidence of smoking or butts left at the property will result in additional charges for cleaning or repair to smoke damage.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. As a guide this typically includes washing dishes, cleaning the BBQ and removing excess rubbish that does not fit in bins provided.

Check-out time is 10:00am at the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.

The security deposit is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc.

Linen is to be supplied by the tenant. Linen package is available for an extra cost for stays of 2 nights or more.

Pets are not allowed.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

The pictures look great, but wait till you actually see it for yourself - the view is just absolutely amazing from the balcony! Not to mention that the house was very spacious, comfortable, and had all the utilities to make an enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend this getaway. Thanks Kon

What a view!!! The house is amazing, with plenty of space for the kids to run around. Beautifully decorated and kitchen is well stocked with utensil and pots/pans. Would come back!

Don't miss this beautiful house in an awesome spot of Mornington. We enjoyed the sunset, cliffs, beach and local cafes. Definitely would love to stay there again, thank you Kon.

Absolutely spectacular views over the bay on both levels! The house was beautifully decorated, and well equipped. With 2 large living areas and a pool table, it was a great space for our family group of 6 adults. The host was helpful and responsive to communication and there were wine and chocolates to welcome us.
