We are located 1/2 mile from Wailea which is one of the most expensive areas of the island. Complete with lots of GPA Golf courses.Walk to 13 different restaurants, shops, etc. Beach is right across the street! VERY kid friendly and also a great romantic HONEYMOON area. Very versitle area. This unit is in the middle of the complex in the rear and quieter than the Ocean View units which are right by the road in the front of the complex.

We include pretty much everything and don't nickel and dime our guests like most owners in the area do. Some charge $10/nt for A/C, etc. PLEASE note HIGH season rates apply Dec. 14 to April 15. (Tax ID # (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)) The rates do NOT include the 13.42% Hawaiian resort taxes which is mandatory! Will be billed through the Airbnb Resolution Center and needs to be paid before your arrival. We have a designated smoking area in the complex, though smoking in the unit or the lanai is not allowed. Quiet times are after 10 pm. Very peaceful and safe and centrally located complex. We have a night guard at the gate.
My guests will have access to my cell phone and email. I am available 24/7 to my guests:)
My husband Gerry and I owned travel agencies and are very tuned in to travelers and their intricate needs. We go to Maui at least 2 times per year and we update/freshen up our units. Gerry is a building contractor and he likes to update and work on properties;) We also have a GREAT property in Waynesboro, Pa through Airbnb we can host up to 14 people over night and have weddings and functions for up to 120 people for the day. Also through Airbnb, we have a 2b/2b/ house in Hollywood Hills, CA! And near Pasadena, CA in Altadena, CA So look us up for those areas or contact us for more details when your travel calls for those parts of the world.
By the way, I also Speak Arabic and Amharic (Ethiopian language, which is not on the Airbnb language charts, I don't read or right Arabic, but speak it fluently).
