The house is in a very quiet residential area in Castellò d'Empúries only 6km from one of the biggest and most beautiful sandy beaches on the Costa Brava. The house has only one floor, and is perfect for families of four or for two couples. It has a kitchen/dining room with door leading onto a porch with outdoor furniture to enjoy outdoor meals, two double bedrooms, a renovated bathroom with shower and a living room with TV with foreign channels. The living room leads onto another covered porch protected from the sun and wind with access to the private swimming pool, so that while the parents can have a little something in the shade, the littlest ones can enjoy a refreshing dip.

It is in a wonderful place offering a great variety of activities both sporty and cultural for example: The Dali Museum in Figueres (10km), various entertainment shows in Rosas (10km), a chance to sail on the canals of Empuriabrava (3.5km), diving (in L’Escala 22km away), water skiing (Rosas) and the best skydiving centre in Europe at Empuriabrava, as well as a pitch and putt course a few metres away.
