My cozy apartment is situated almost in the centre of Munich on the right side of the River Isar. In the middle of a typical urban bavarian green area, you will experience an afro-imediterreanean experience, in a mixture of colours and tastes.
My little home sweet home is situated in a small and nice neighborhood called Untergiesing just 10 minutes with the public transports separate you from the center of Munich. My apartment has one bedroom for two persons, one bathroom with a shower, one really nice kitchen, that's my proud and one living room with a comfortable couch that with a touch turns into a bed for two persons as well. The flat is on the ground floor, has two entrances one from the street and one from the Garden + playground+ small river on the opposite side. If you like colours and happiness and at the same time relax breathing some Afro-Mediterranean flair then you should stay at my place for a while to enjoy a unique atmosphere. From the kitchen you can hear the sound of a small river passing near the apartment and relax yourself under the shade of the big trees in the garden. It depends how i will rent my flat, If I will be home, two persons can stay in the living room, if I won't be home there's enough room for four persons.
In my area there's a lot of restaurants where you can eat mostly greek but also Kebab, italian, Bavarian and südtiroler, there's also a Biergarten, a traditional restaurant and brewery where you can eat traditional dishes of Munich and drink liters of Beer in good company. Nearby my flat there's one of the biggest attraction of the city, especially in summer, the river Isar, where you can take a walk, swim, grill, have a picnic, enjoy the sun and get tanned. The Flaucher is a really beloved area of the Isar, near the Zoo, which is also an attraction especially if you have children. The public swimming pool is also really near if you don't trust yourself to swim in the river :-) Another attraction is the Grünwald Stadion at the stop Wettersteinplatz, where München 1860 play their football game, this team has the most folklorist and devoted supporters in the city!!!! GO MÜNCHEN 1860!!! Just because you adopted me in a way, I adopted you as team.

I would like to pick my guests in the central Station and show them how to reach my flat, receive them in my place. It could be really great to spend some more time with my guests, but that will be possible just in case that I will rent one room, when I also will be home.

Hi I am Sara, I come from Pistoia, a small medieval city in the middle of Tuscany, where I learned the art of hospitality. My city is devoted to Saint James, the way of Saint James passes through my neighborhood, in the ancient times there were a lot of hostels, where pilgrims could have a rest, during the long trip from Rome to Santiago de Compostela. I moved from my beloved city but I will continue the tradition of my country offering a nice place to rest and to discover the beautiful city of Munich. Travelers are the pilgrims of the new era, and I am happy to host people that have the same love for travel like me. If you love to travel and meet people and you can also like to eat ethnical food and to cook it in my case, I like to walk, that's the reason why I love shoes and bags, even if not backpacks ;-), to skate, to ride and build/ fix bikes, to knit, I love photography, cinema, music, Africa and Brasil, literature, mostly african literature, that was also what I studied at the University. I am a supporter of the Ubuntu humanist philosophy, i.e. a "belief in a universal bond of sharing that connects all humanity". Nelson Mandela was used to explain it with this example: "A traveller through a country would stop at a village and he didn't have to ask for food or for water. Once he stops, the people give him food and attend him." I will share my place with you and give you maybe not food or water, but my hospitality, receiving you and offering you all what you need to feel welcome.
