A comfortable double bedroom in a vibrant part of London, Willesden Green offers local excellent amenities and is well connected to underground lines and bus routes. London's busy shopping area Oxford St is only 20 minutes by tube and much more.
Hi there, your accommodation will be a double bed in a comfortable room in my ground floor flat, sharing the lounge, kitchen and bathroom with myself and another guest. The room has a double bed, chest of drawers and a large fitted wardrobe. The room is at the back of the flat and the window looks onto the patio garden.
There is WiFi internet throughout the flat and TV with freeview and sound system in the lounge. I have a DVD player, and a small selection of DVDs and CDs which guests are welcome to watch and listen to.
Coffee and cereal/toast is included.
There is a large table in the living room. The kitchen has a gas cooker, hot and cold water, fridge and a table which you can eat at. There is a small walled patio garden with plants and a couple of chairs (guests are welcome to smoke outside).
The neighbourhood of Willesden Green has a young lively profile. There are cafes and a couple of pubs.
The flat is only 2 mins walk to the tube at Willesden Green Station, on the Jubilee Line. London centre is a 20 minute tube ride away with all that this vibrant city has to offer. There are also plenty of regular buses. Night buses too, there's the 52 from Victoria and 98 from Holborn.
Enjoy your stay!
Guests will have access to the lounge wherein there is TV, a DVD player and a HiFi sound system. Music CD's are available and also a selection of DVD's.
Access to the rear patio garden area where guests can sit at a garden table and smoke.
I would appreciate smoking to be done outside. Thanks.
What I most like is playing guitar and making
music. Playing music with others is the best thing.
Only recently discovered the talent of Devo, an
American 70's band way ahead of their time. They
still come on through loud and clear.
I like swimming in the local swimming pool at Swiss Cottage and walking
through the nearby parks; a favourite of mine is Regents Park which is an short walk from Baker St underground station. Throughout this park there are always seasonal plants, bushes and shrubs in bloom.
Reading is a favourite pastime and I like to keep abreast of current affairs.
