Spectacular bay views from our unique gay Fire Island Pines 2-bedroom compound, sited 10 feet from the water, with a 40 foot pool. Three walls of glass windows line the living/dining/kitchen pavilion; steps away is the separate two-bedroom two-bath guest house. On a large lot with unique placement next to national forest, our property has unusual Pines privacy, gorgeous coastline views and intimacy with nature. Paradise for gays and friends! Rentals are weekly; maximum 4 adults.
This mid-century compound is unusually private because of its location next to National Forest.
Large pool. Spectacular setting. Truly magical and unique....and in the ultra-gay Fire Island Pines!

Другие важные подробности
As is standard in the Pines, each rental incurs a cleaning fee ($175) and $75 pool maintenance fee/week.
We rent on a weekly basis, with the week beginning noon Thursday (or Friday) and ending the following Thursday (or Friday) noon.
There is a six-burner range and a Weber outdoor grill, but no conventional oven.
There is great cross ventilation, a ceiling fan in the pavilion, and there are fans in the bedrooms but we do not have a/c.
No smoking indoors, please.
There is an outdoor shower which we ask you to use for washing sand off when returning from the beach. The shower overlooks the Great South bay but has personal privacy, so most guests prefer it for all bathing.
Pets are not allowed.
No glass by the pool at any time; we provide plastic plates, tumblers and wine glasses for use on the pool deck.
We provide blankets and towels for to throw over couch and chairs so that sunblock and perfumes do not stain and damage the gorgeous - and white so a bit vulnerable - fabric in the living/dining pavilion.
