You'll be as central as possible, with access to Downtown on Metro / BART one block away. No car is needed with this great location as all forms of transportation will get you to any part of the city in 10 minutes, but should you need it, a gated parking spot is available.
The room in my second floor apartmnet is light, quiet and welcoming. Queen bed, with feather duvet and allergy sensitive pillows for your absolute comfort.
You would usually share living space with Zephy, the pug mix, and me. Although for the next few months I'll bouncing back and forth between here and Boulder for a work project. Instead you'll either have the place to yourself, or be sharing with my little brother Eric.
Dolores Park, Mission Dolores, the trendy Valencia Street corridor are all two blocks away. Lots of new and established restaurants near by including Delfina, Tartine Bakery, Bi-Rite, Samovar, Thouroughbread Bakery, Burma Love, and so many others.
For coffee lovers, Philz (10min walk) and Four Barrel (5min walk) are walking distance.
For those who'd prefer to whip up their own meals, you'll have access to a fully stocked kitchen, with both a Whole Foods and Safeway one block away.
Walk to the Castro, Noe Valley, Hayes Valley, Haight, Golden Gate Park, and more. Take a glance at the "Transportation Section" which has a ton of activity suggestions as well!
24/7 access, so you can plan to arrive whenever is convenient. No meet-up times / scheduling required. There is a lockbox with the keys to enter the building and apartment which I'll send out a few days before you arrive.

Our paths won't cross, but you will most likely see my little brother Eric if he's not traveling for work.
I'll also happily give you my primary phone number so you can text me, even when out and about, with questions.
