In as much as I am delighted to host guests at my apartment and most guests are satisfied, I must admit, Fabrice was extremely difficult from the beginning. It took over thirty emails back and forth, because he said that Airbnb had overcharged him, and wanted me to give him a refund of €300 immediately and the damage deposit of €200 after the stay. I explained to him that I cannot refund money that I had not received. I could only refund after I had been paid. His stay ended on 4th June and he was refunded the damage deposit on the 7th. Moreover, I had discounted the price from €160 to €90, as it was at the very beginning of summer, and the wifi wasn't connected. The managing agent also advised that they would supply the wifi at 15 euros a night. Please see the email from Fabrice where he says that the towels were replaced and beach towels were also supplied. Below is my correspondence from Fabrice: Hi Fabrice I made the transfer of 338 euros. Please confirm that you have received it. Hi Martha. It was a pleasure having you and I am pleased you enjoyed your stay. I am surprised that you didn't have wifi as we have paid a service provider and the password is in the apartment. A phone call to Tango would have sorted this out! I will contact Antonio, the wifi provider, and make sure he posts his contact details where it's clearly visible so that he can be contacted directly if there are connection problems. So sorry about that, Martha, as I have paid for wifi and the full TV package and I feel disappointed that you didn't get to use it.
