Wonderful spot! Spacious, clean space. Modern, well-stocked kitchen. Walk right outside to a small, quiet beach, to the on-premise pool, and to the outdoor grills for cooking dinner. Supermarket is across the street. Town, including bigger beaches, is a quick drive or 20-minute walk away. The town's vibe is local and dive-bar-y, not touristy. Easy driving to fancier and/our more touristy spots. Martha was a great, communicative host, flexible on check-in and check-out. The space was very well kept up. I'll be checking here first on my next visit.

Very positive experience at the condo! Space was cleaned perfectly, and was spacious for us. Well-equipped kitchen with lots of utensils and tools for the outdoor grill. Neighbors got together nightly to have a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Pool is enclosed, newly retiled, and has lots of chairs for sunning, but no shade. Beach is just steps away has has dunes to walk along for about a mile. Not too loud at night with traffic or general noise, but if there are families around with kids staying in the units nearby, you'll hear them! Pull-out couch was comfortable enough to sleep on for 2 weeks, so no complaints. Walking distance to grocery and other stores. I recommend it - great deal and location is ideally suited to travel to all spots on Maui!

The condo was exactly what we were looking for! It was nice to have a pool on property, and we also made use of the grills which was really nice. Took some nice late-afternoon naps on the porch. Would recommend. Thanks Martha!

I have been a real estate agent/broker/ property manager here in Kihei for 20 yrs. My husband is the general manager of a small, low key, Hawaiian Style condo called Hale Hui Kai ( Home of the Family by the Sea) here on the beach in South Maui. Together we have been the stewards of this beautiful property and enjoy welcoming guests/owners from around the world.
