This 3 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom condo is located in the heart of city near many historic sites the Bellas Artes opera house, modern restaurants and the recently renovated Parque Alameda. The owner is a bilingual US expat who has resided in the city for more than ten years. He and his team are on call 24 hours a day, ensuring that your stay will be very special.
The condo is located in the architecturally award-winning condominium community known as Puerta Alameda. The complex has 24/7 security at each of the two entrances to the property. Amenities include an indoor heated pool, fitness center, and rooftop running track; business centers that can be reserved for meetings and presentations; and a children’s jungle gym play area. Services such as dry cleaning, nail salon, and ATM's are located in the complex. Currency exchange services are located nearby.
COMFORTS OF HOME: Enjoy all the comforts of home and more in this 3 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom condominium in the heart of Mexico City. The unit is furnished with new pillow top mattresses, high thread-count sheets, quality towels, drinking water, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, cable television, etc. High speed Wi-Fi internet is provided in the condo. Entertainment items such as a DVD player are available if requested before arrival.
The master bedroom has a KING size bed. There is a double bed in the second bedroom, bunk bed and individual in the third bedroom, and two full size futon sofas in the living room.
BEST LOCATION: The condo is located in what is now considered one of the safest and most enjoyable areas in the city. The Historic Center is a vibrant area with plenty to offer both during the day and in the evening. Nearby sites of interest include the Paseo de la Reforma, Parque Alameda and the Palacio de Bellas Artes, the Zocalo, the Ciudadela Handicraft Market and several major museums and attractions. Three subway lines, Line 3 of the Metrobus, and the Mexico City Turibus line are all a few blocks away.
UNSURPASSED PERSONALIZED SERVICE: Our personalized service starts the moment you clear customs if yo choose our airport pick-up service, which we provide for a nominal fee (i.e., starting at $25 USD). Guests are also loaned at no charge a local smartphone with user credit so that they are able to make free local calls and able to reach a member of our team at anytime for assistance.
We offer our guests a brief walking tour of the complex's facilities as well as items of interest in the immediate neighborhood. There is a small supermarket a few blocks away from the complex and grocery delivery by our team is also available.
Private car service may be available with our excellent bilingual driver / tour guide / historian who offers standard as well as custom made tours at reasonable rates (we recommend that you contact our driver in advance of your arrival - please let us know if want his contact information) . We are also available to assist in coordinating other transportation needs.
Flexible arrival and departure times are offered when possible. The standard check-in time and check-out times are 3 p.m. and 10 a.m. respectively.

2.El apartamento en cuestión es “LIBRE DE HUMO”, por tal cuestión si se encuentra evidencia de cigarro se perderá el depósito efectuado.
3.Esta estrictamente prohibido consumir o almacenar DROGAS dentro del apartamento, en caso de ser así se REMITIRÁ A LAS AUTORIDADES PERTINENTES y perdiendo todo derecho del depósito así como el restante del hospedaje que hiciera falta.
Así como de cualquier acto ilícito se REMITIRÁ A LAS AUTORIDADES PERTINENTES.
4.Pagar cumplidamente en tiempo y forma pactado antes de la entrada o en el momento de llegar al apartamento, la retribución estipulada en el presente contrato.
5.No existe reembolso por salidas anticipadas.
6.Servirse del apartamiento dado en hospedaje sólo para casa-habitación;
7.No conceder el uso del mismo, en todo o parte, a otra y otras personas ajenas al hospedaje otorgado, EN CASO ESPECIAL SE SOLICITARA LA AUTORIZACION DE DEL ARRENDADOR;
8.No hacer cambio en el mismo sin el consentimiento, previo y por escrito, del Arrendador;
9.Avisar al Arrendador de cualquier daño que se presente, y se hará responsable por los daños que su omisión cause.
10.Conservar el apartamiento en el buen estado en que lo recibió, y a devolverlo en ese mismo estado al terminar el contrato;
11.Por ningún motivo se permite la emisión de ruido fuera de los siguientes parámetros: zona residencial el límite máximo permisible de nivel de sonido de ponderación "A" emitido por fuentes fijas es de 55 decibeles (dB) entre las 7:00 y las 21:00 horas y de 45 decibeles de las 21:00 a las 7:00 horas.
