Clean 450sf studio contains queen sized bed. Building features an amazing rooftop swimming pool with 360° views of Vancouver.
A 450 sf self contained apartment with views over English Bay. Located a literal stones throw from the heart of Davie Village, situated in arguably the best location in Vancouver. The Seawall, The West End, Downtown, and Yaletown can all be accessed on foot. It's great. You can walk to other neighbourhoods, such as Gastown and Kitsilano ( which I highly recommend on a sunny day), but if not transit is great.
It's my home, so you're going to see signs of life such as clothes in the closet (I'm quite organised though, so everything is folded neatly!). The benefit of it being my home is that you have access to a fully stocked kitchen. I like cooking so there's a wide array of cooking utensils, spices, oils, condiments etc if you fancy cooking during your stay.
There is a rooftop patio / swimming pool area which is as awesome as it sounds. The pool is typically operational between May and September, when Vancouver has relatively reliable sunshine.
(This swimming pool is not Olympic size but it's very refreshing and when you get out of the pool you have beautiful views of Vancouver.)

If I'm in town I can be as hands-on, or off as you want. If you want to meet and greet for keys and to be shown apartment, great. If I'm not in town, or you prefer, you can grab the keys from a nearby coffee shop using a website called KeyCafe.. it's a really great, simple service.

Unfortunately I'm no longer able to offer parking. Parking is available on street isn't particularly easy but there are many 2 hour spaces. Use this to guide you: (URL HIDDEN) . If you park after 6pm in any 2 hour space you can leave it until 11am. Alternatively there are parking structures on Davie Street within two blocks that offer overnight parking for ~$10, 1237 or 1160 Davie St are decent options.
There is a construction site behind my place, which during weekdays 7:30-5:30, and on Saturday 9:30-13:00. This building is almost finished, and it's no longer that much of a disruption, but something to be aware of.
Note that for guests staying for only one night an additional charge of $20 will be charged to cover cleaning costs.
This is my home and I have a good relationship with my neighbours, so not the place to come if you're looking to party. Be respectful and keep noise down after 11 on weekends, earlier on weeknights.
No smoking in the apartment.
