Please be respectful of other guests and keep the noise level appropriate at night. I know how fun it is out there, just please don't bring the party back home. Also, cleanliness in communal areas is also important.
The Okra Inn isn't your average listing.
A Cozy Lodge - Providing a cozy spot for locals that also offers accommodations for travelers
A Community Space - Offering different workshops and classes ranging anywhere from yoga to learning how to bake a pie
A Local Gallery - Working with local artists to have their art on display in all the rooms in case any of our guests have an interest in purchasing art during their stay
A Jumping-Off Point for Adventures - Offering Field Trips to our guests and members of the community
In addition to running the B&B, I am really active in the city and its surrounding areas.
I own a wetlands educational tour company called Louisiana Lost Lands Tours, which takes guests into the wetlands on kayaks and motor boats to teach them about coastal erosion and show them the beauty of the coast.
Thanks for looking me up.
