This is a wonderful home with the perfect view and staff to complement the experience. This is my 13th year on the island and this is one of the best homes. I highly recommend staying at Mango Point.

This wonderful location and was just as described - beautiful. The house, location, services, cooking, absolutely everything was perfect. I read many reviews about this lovely location and I could not agree more. A special shout-out to Pamela, the house cook, she is amazing!

By far the best Airbnb to date and I have had many. I travel quite a bit, but this vacation was very special as it was spent with many of my closest friends. It not only measured up to expecations but far exceeded them and would not have been possible without the wonderful staff comprised of Jones, Felicia, Pam, and Emmanuel. Past reviews do not lie, Pam's cooking is far better than anything you will get on the island and far cheaper too. The views are simply impeccable and it's a perfect holiday for families or a group of sub 30 friends like ours. I will for sure come back to the wonderful island of St. Lucia and most definitely stay here again. Pam's grilled tuna, sweet and sour pork, birthday cake, scalloped potatoes, salt fish and dumplings.. the list goes on; all simply amazing! Anset Chastanet is a short walk away if you're in need of a resort style beach. Sugar beach is about a 15 minutes drive. I highly suggest hiking the pitons, although it isn't the easiest of tasks. But aside from all that, if you just kick back at Mango Point, there's entirely nothing wrong with that all! Thank you for the greatest birthday ever and thank you from Christina, Kevin, Lluvia, Natalie, and Teresa.

Francine's place is magical in every sense of the word. It has breath-taking views and seems unreal. The pictures do not do this place justice! I was there for 7 nights with my husband. This place fits a lot more people but I wanted the magical view and it was well worth it! The house is decorated beautifully with a Parisian feel. It is open format and the temperate is very comfortable even without AC. Make sure to bring bug spray since the house is open format - the bugs come out in the evening. Pamela the evening cook, Felicia the day cook and Jones the driver made for THE perfect trip. When I initially booked this place, I did not realize it came with the cook and house/pool cleaner and I am glad it did because it made things seamless! You just have to buy your groceries for them to cook - there is a supermarket and a place to get fresh fish 15 minutes by drive. We used Jones to get us everywhere. He is wonderful - note the car rides are not cheap! Wifi is available in the living room only. Overall, Francine's place is magical - we rarely wanted to leave the villa and spent most of our time there except for a day or two. It is romantic, beautiful, and a surreal location - so glad I spent my 30th birthday there :) All of my friends are inquiring about this villa!

We had a wonderful week at Mango Point. Pamela is an amazing cook, and the house is a wonderful, relaxing refuge. Anse Chastanet beach is 2 minutes by car, or a 10 minute walk. We rented a car, so driving to the beach and back every day was very easy. We also paid for a week's guest membership at Anse Chastanet which allowed us to charge food and use the nicer guest chairs and palm huts, as well as take the water taxi to Anse Mamin, which is one of our favorite beaches. This was our second trip to the Soufriere area, and we enjoyed ourselves even more this time than on our first visit. Mango Point is a beautiful house. I can't imagine anyone not being happy there. The only notes we will add for prospective families: the main house has two large and beautiful bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a king bed and a daybed. There is a guesthouse about 30 steps down the hill side. The guesthouse is also beautiful, with amazing views across the Caribbean Sea. The steps have a handrail and are well lit, and were fine for my 73 year old mother. The fourth bedroom is a smaller room with two twin beds off the kitchen that doesn't have the same wonderful views. My nine year old decided it was "cozy" and happily slept there, not bothered by the longer walk to the main sleeping area where we were, and her big brother. I could see younger children being unhappy, though, with being relatively far away from their parents, and I could see teenage children fighting over who got the amazing bedroom and who got the small one by the kitchen. But that aside, it's a wonderful, beautiful house. Pamela makes delicious food-- she made a carrot and coconut cake for my mom's birthday that was the best cake I've ever had in my life! We ate fresh fish, salads, vegetables from the market in Soufriere, delicious soups, fruit salads. It was a relaxing, beautiful vacation week!

Our entire stay met all of our expectations and needs. It's a lovely spot and an ideal way to see the island. Pamela and Felicia are fantastic, skillful cooks and very easy to be with. Jones, the driver, was always available and friendly. Anse Chastanet is a nearby resort with a so-so beach that is about a ten-minute, easy walk down and a tougher, sweatier, 20-minute walk back up the hill. Sugar Beach is much lovelier, but not as convenient. Sugar Beach should be part of your visit, though. We thought that the mud baths and waterfalls were overly "touristy" but the volcano site itself was a must-see. We spent about 70% of our time at the house - swimming, reading, eating and relaxing. It's perfect for all of that and is an extraordinary spot. Thanks, Francine!
