Second Bedroom with 2 single beds, and a hideaway bed. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, no bath, and bidet.
Elegantly furnished and comfortable. This home has air conditioning and wifi. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator so not suited for those who have mobility issues.
I prepare a detailed booklet with information about the house as well as a guidebook to the area, including recommendations of where to eat, drink, sail, swim, lounge, snorkel, walk, golf etc. etc.

Either myself or someone from my team will meet you upon arrival. We will direct you to parking if you are coming by car and to show you around the house. I provide my guests with loads of information on the area and amenities so that they can truly experience the area as a local would. I am available of course, for any questions prior to and during your stay.

The location is very central. If you are looking to being right in the centre of town, this is it! It is the most convenient location for families or friends who want to make their way around without the car. There are multiple free parking spaces and nearby parking lots. It is not necessary to have a car to explore this area, but if you have one at check in, we will help direct you to the closest parking lot. We are also happy to help arrange a car service for you from the train station or airport for you. Just ask us for the driver's rates. Although this apartment is super central, the windows provide good soundproofing and it is a very quiet building. Please be respectful of the neighbours.
To speed up the check in process for you, if you wish, please send us a photo of your passport or ID and your address at least 2 days prior to your arrival so that we can prepare the necessary documentation for you to review and sign upon arrival.
There is no elevator and it is located on the 3rd floor.
No parties please, and no smoking in the house. Regrettably, no pets are allowed.
Kindly leave the house in the same condition that you found it.
Please dispose of your trash on a daily basis.
Please help us look after our beautiful dining room table by using the place mats to avoid staining.
Please do not smoke in the apartment.
Please respect the other residents in the building by being quiet in the stairway. This is a quiet residential building.
Please ensure that when you go out, you lock the main door of the building's entrance.
Please close windows before going out in case it starts to rain.
Please do not run the air conditioning with the windows open.
Please do not use the bath towels as beach towels. We are happy to provide you with beach towels upon request.
Please let me know at what time you plan to arrive so that we may arrange for check in. No check ins after 8 pm.
There is a standard rental agreement that can be pre-mailed to guests who have reserved in advance, or provided at check in. We will also require ID of all guests staying at the property as required by Italian law.
Please let us know your arrival time so we can arrange to meet you for your check in. Once you know your itinerary or even have a rough idea, please let us know so that we can arrange accordingly.
Our check in time is up until 8:00 pm, after which time, we are afraid we will have to charge a late check in fee of euro25/hr up until 11:00 at which time we will not be able to wait and we will need to schedule for check in the next day.
