Другие важные подробности
New heat pump and air conditioning; Parking; Free WiFi and TV.
Guest lawn chairs and hammock under shady maple trees.
Although it is a downstairs apartment, it doesn't seem like it at all as it is a split level home. It has plenty of windows for natural light and actually stays nice and cool in the summer heat. Guests are expected to keep the apartment fairly tidy. Dishes need to be completed upon checkout, and house must be in good order.
No smoking, partying, or loud noise/music on the premises as we share the property. No pets, but children are welcome. Check in from 3pm, check-out @ 11 on last day of stay.
I started this adventure with my husband Doug in 2014. We have been married 38 years and have three grown children.....we have always enjoyed guests (friends) in our home so this is a great fit for us. We finished building a new apartment in our home and decided to go with Airbnb.
We also love to travel and sometimes we have even stayed longer, we lived in Miami for almost 8 years where I worked as a nurse (another passion of mine) and Doug managed a 280 lot vacation complex .....keeping people comfortable and happy was his pleasure. He always said people who come this distance should be able to just focus on having a good holiday!!
I totally agree......life is busy so when you find time to kick back you should be able to without hassle. So if you need a quiet comfortable place to rest we have just the spot for you!! I believe hospitality is a gift that my husband and I share........come and visit.....we'd love to have you enjoy our maritime home. Safe travels!!
