There are some details completely out of reality.
Being this the first and the only bad feedback we have, we would liketo ask you some questions, to try to improve our service in every aspect and never make this happen again:
- why you never reached us explaining the problems you were having? If you had told us, we could at least try to help you out. The guests comfort is always our first priority.
- As per your private messages everything look fine, we could not set any solution if we did not know the problems were ongoing.
- To be very honest: as the private chat shows, you stayed until the last day, you did not leave the apartement 3 days before. Moreover a curiosity: why did you ask for stay an extra day for free if you considered the space that bad?
- The apartement has all the comfort and appliances described in the profile. You mentioned the microwave was missing. That is not in the facility list provided.
- Same situation for the parking, we never said we have a private parking, we are just plenty of them in front of the apartement.
We however are very sorry that your stay did not satisfy you. We really appreciate your comment and we will use any of your very kind suggestion to help us improve our professionality.
