This modern 53 square meter apartment is very large, by Japanese standards.
There is a large balcony directly facing the Tokyo Tower, which looks beautiful at night.
Also, the main bedroom and the lounge both have large windows looking out at the Tokyo Tower too. It's pretty amazing seeing such a fantastic view from the bed!
Very comfortable up to 4 people, with double bed in the main bedroom and double sofa bed in the living room.
Guests renting the entire apartment have access to all rooms and facilities, including the washer/dryer, microwave/oven, and even an exercise machine for anyone wanting to do a workout during their stay!
There is plenty of storage space for your clothes in the wardrobe and drawers, and there is a large 'powder room' area with a huge wall mirror for when you're getting ready to go for a night out :)

I'm happy to remove the cleaning fee if you are able to clean the apartment when you leave (wash bedsheets, and remake bed, vacuum floors, clean bathroom and surfaces). Just ask!
The nearby trainline can be noisy during daytime, but guests tell me it's easy to get used to.
In case anyone is particularly sensitive to sound I provide earplugs, but no guest has ever needed them :)
1) No smoking indoors please, but on the balcony is fine.
2) No parties, no pets, or unregistered guests at night.
3) Always turn off the air conditioning / heating / lights when you go out.
4) Please keep the apartment tidy during your stay.
5) If you lose the key the replacement charge is ¥6,000
