My husband or I will show guests through to make sure they are comfortable and are familiar with operating appliances etc .We do not live on the premises but are contactable 24/7 if needed .
All guests are expected to treat our Townhouse as they would their own .Smoking is not permitted on the premises .There is twelve units in the complex so consideration for other tenants is expected .
The property must be left clean and tidy ,No dirty dishes to be left in sink.Rubbish to be taken out prior to departure .
