Traditional Maltese townhouse, set in the heart of the village of Zurrieq, close to the Blue Grotto.
Built just after World War 2, this house is an authentic townhouse featuring bright, high-ceiling rooms endowed with hand-painted floor tiles. It can accommodate up to 6 people in 2 bedrooms and a private sofa-bed in the living room.
The fully-equipped kitchen features a gas cooker, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, electric kettle and all the cutlery and kitchenware required. Adjacent to the kitchen, one may also enjoy a bright internal yard which also leads to the roof terrace offering views of the village and the church close-by.
The property has a family bathroom and an en-suite bathroom, both with large walk-in showers.
The living room is equipped with 32-inch TV and free WiFi.
From July 2015 the property is equipped with an AC unit in the master bedroom. The spare bedroom and living room have ceiling fans.
Guests have access to the roof terrace where they can enjoy beautiful views on the Zurrieq church and BBQ facilities.

Malta Tourism Authority Licence HPC/4888
All accommodation on the Maltese islands are required by law to collect Environment Contribution i.e Eco Tax at €0.50 per adult (18 years +) per night, capped at €5 (maximum). This contribution is not included in the rental rate and has to be settled on arrival in cash.
CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT
The standard check-in time is after 2pm and check-out by 10am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
The maximum number of guests is limited to the number of persons booked.
This is a non smoking property. Smoking is only allowed in the internal yard, on the roof terrace or outside.
Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.
Rates include a linen and towel setup per week. Water and 20 units (kWh) of electricity daily is included in the rental price which covers an average consumption. In case of electricity over-consumption guests can purchase additional electricity cards (€20 per card).
While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is NOT included in the rental rate. We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the property, but we provide extra beach towels for your use.
DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the drainage system, you could be charged damages of up to two hundred Euro (€200).
TV & WiFi
TV is provided and service level has been chosen by the host. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, or personal preferences with regard to TV service. High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the booking. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to internet service.
AIR CONDITIONING (Heating & Cooling)
The guests agree that air conditioning shall not be set below 21 degrees Celsius and heat shall not be set above 26, and that the fan setting shall be “Auto”. Doors and windows shall be closed when either heat or air conditioning is in operation. Air Conditioning units shall NOT be left switched on whilst the room or the premises are unoccupied.
HEATING IN WINTER
An additional heating device which runs on gas is provided for the reservations between December - March. For a week-long booking a full cylinder and for a 3-4night stay a half cylinder will be provided. Any extra gas cylinders required are charged at €25 per cylinder.
Roof terrace is equipped with BBQ and outdoor furniture. Any soft furnishings should always be stored away in the washroom once you leave the roof.
The guests are advised that as per law no loud noise is permitted between 11pm and 7am. This is a quiet residential neighbourhood, please respect the neighbours whilst on holiday.
The guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.
Any guests making a booking under false pretense will not be permitted to check in.
