Cozy 1 bedroom / 1 bath full house with washer and dryer, full kitchen, landscaped backyard with shade, seating and fire pit. About 3/4 mile south of restaurants in EDO, about 1 mile to downtown, 3 to Nob Hill. Wireless internet included.
This is a cozy 670sf adobe house built in the 1920s and completely renovated 6-7 years ago. It is my primary residence (I stay at a friend's house when it is rented out). It sleeps two in a queen sized Tempurpedic bed. There is a beautiful backyard that is fantastic to spend time in. It's easy to get to downtown, Old Town, and Nob Hill using bike friendly streets easily accessible from my house. Both I-40 and I-25 are closeby, so it's easy to drive anywhere in town.
Note, some of the decor has changed since the photos were taken, but the overall feel of the space and amenities are the same. Just a different rug, bathroom paint, sofa, etc.
This is a listing for an entire home. Guests have a full kitchen, including basic sundries in the cabinets, pots and utensils, etc. There is a ceramic coffee filter pot, a microwave, and a coffee grinder available as well. This is a washer and dryer available for your use. The backyard has a fire pit in the back and firewood. There are several chairs and places to sit outside. Wireless internet is available, but there is no a TV. There is on street parking right in front of the house.
This is my primary home, and I stay with a friend when it is rented out. So, expect to see things in the fridge & cabinets, though I will make sure there is plenty of room for you to put your things. I have a place available for you to stow luggage and hang up some clothes, but the closet and dressers are already in use.

I have been living in Albuquerque for about 5 years, and I love it! I'm a commercial interior designer at an architecture firm in town, and I also have my own business designing textiles and sewing patterns. You'll find me pedaling my bike around Albuquerque to meet up with friends and to go to restaurants, bars, and yoga in the park.
