This spacious apartment, recently renovated in moderen scandinavian style, has everything you could want for your visit to Bad Gastein.
With a splendid view of the alps, great location and everything you could wish for in facilities.
The beautiful old building, and specifically the mainroom was during the postwar used as a Temple for the jewish bath guest visiting the town.
Today the entire house has been completely renovated now holding 10 appartments and is used both summer and winter to enjoy the fresh air of the Alps.
This specific apartment has now been completely redecorated, making the best of the rooms, creating a very light and open space that is great for large families or a group of friends.
We have done our best to make the space homely and inviting, with lots of space for storage, and the bath facilities has been redone so there are now two separate bathrooms one with Sauna.
The flat is located on the beginning of a walking trail connecting Bad Gastien with Dorf Gastein a larger city, a beautiful walk along the side mountain into the Gastein Valley.
There are several options:
Airports: Munich or Salzburg, car rental available here, for fastest and easiest access.
By train: There is a transtation located about 1 km from the apartment, which connects to Salzburg.
By Bus: the bus stop is only 100m from the apartment.

Ski storage: In the building there are areas available to dry skiing cloths and equipment.
Washer/dryer: Can be used and cost 1€ pr. hour.
•Please do feel at home and treat it as such!
•The apartment must not be used for anything other than living quarters for max .10 people.
•Check-in kl 15.00
•Check-out kl. 10.00
•Bring your own sheets and towels.
•The key for the main door is retrieved at the key box at the entrance. The code for the box are handed out before arrival. The key must be returned when the door is opened. Spare keys on the table in the apartment is to be used during the stay.
•Car Parking is possible in front of the window to the children’s room.
•Ski & boots to be stored in the basement. No Ski & Boots on the stairway, hallway or in front of thedoor.
•Pets are not allowed, except with the written consent of the landlord.
•Waste must be sorted.
•Cleaning of the premises is the tenants responsibility during the stay. Mandatory final cleaning is charge through the rent.
•The Landlord takes no liability for sudden damage (installation failures and leaks, blocked drains etc) but will ensure that the damage is repaired as soon as possible after notification.
•The tenant is liable to loss of furniture and damages caused during the rental period. Any damage must be notified before departure to the landlord.

We are a Family of five people, my wife, three kids. We live in our house on the coast of Malmø, Sweden. We enjoy sailing and waterskiing all summer. Come wintertime we have our wonderful apartment in Bad Gastein where we go skiing and snowboarding as often as possible.
