Our Barn is happily situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes. We welcome you to enjoy the local wineries, breweries, water hikes, biking, kayaks, and enjoy our small village of Naples, NY.
We can also offer you a small beach front on Honeoye Lake to grill, watch the sunset, and dip your fishing pole.
We live in a restored Grape/hay barn build in 1901. You will stay in a large, sunny, studio apartment on the first floor with separate entrance from the upstairs. There is plenty of off street parking.
The apartment sleeps 4 people. Children welcome! There is one queen bed and 2 twin beds. The bathroom is brand new. The apartment does not have a kitchen or cooking facilities. However we have a coffee maker, hot water pot for breakfast. We can offer a great outdoor kitchen at the lake if you wanted to cook. In the apartment a dining table is perfect for light treats you might bring home from your day's adventures and a mini fridge for keeping items cold. While there is no A/C the stone walled barn keeps the apartment cool year round. There are fans provided. Many great restaurants are a short walk away - offering great personal service and great prices. Breakfast can be under $6!
If it is in season please enjoy the swimming pool! Enjoy the relaxing front garden with glider swing and a great view.
We will be there to meet you. We can help you find the off the beaten path places to enjoy your stay. We enjoy getting to know the stories of our guests, but also recognize guests' privacy.
