Dear Zi Yi, Thank you for your inputs and acknowledging that we indeed did a follow ups and tried our best to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable. I will try to give you my response after checking with the staffs what really going on during your stay.
1). This is actually specified when you asked if there is anyone helping you with the check in process and there is indeed staffs on stand-by incase you need anything during your stay. They are the house-keeper of the Villa and it is part of our service that to have people there to help you for example, incase there is an electricity cut-offs or you need and extra blanket or pillow or just about anything that we can help to provide you. Also having the staff there should be helpful. But actually, if you need them to leave the premises it can be easily arranged you just have to talk to them nicely.
As for the CCTV, it is a standard requirements by the insurance company and it is useful for security purposes and please note that the CCTV cameras are on public area (main entrance, backyard, living room. we dont actually have CCTV in your private room.
2.The Sliding doors are fixed immediately, it was being replaced due to corrosion.
3. I discuss this with the house keeping staffs, and they informed me that the first group of your family came earlier from the check in time, and we are in the process of cleaning up from the previous guests and as it is a peak season holiday the previous guests had just been check in and our team are in process of cleaning the room, and we have been explaining to your dad to wait at the living room and let us clean the Villa, but the guest seems to be very upset and rude to the staffs. especially after our check in staff just gently remind your parent about the peak-season surcharge that we have agreed upon beforehand but you didn't informed your family about that.
but anyway, thanks for your inputs and we will use this to improve our services and will make sure that everything is discussed beforehand to avoid any misunderstanding.
