After he told us he needs a hour more time, there was really no cleaning at all, also no towels provided, he might cleaned the "he wrote kitchen" -its a tiny cooking corner without oven, tiny fridge, 1/3 full of his stuff) a bit, but, the floor looked discusting, (we stayed 12nights) no cleaning equipment, so we (young family) could not even vacuum or clean ourselves. its in the groundfloor, so its pretty cool that you can climb out to the window to reach the front garden, not so cool that he walked with shoes over our bed when we arrive, we could even see it, so it was very sandy, the sheets and duvet where washed but with a lot stains. beside that the (already small flat) was full of his private belongings, so we had to clean up first, to make some space to have some surface (desk, coathanger, surfaces, shoes in the front). The flat (one room) is full of (some of them broken) chairs , bed is NOT a bed, its a matress on the floor. + one air matress. ... he knew we come with kids - its never a good idea (unfortunately no joke) to place anal sex toys in the reach height of kids, ... well we could laugh about it when our 3year old son came to us with it, but also found it very discusting that he touched it,... after i told him in a private message about things he could do better for the future, he was kind of pissed instead of thankful for telling him privately, after that i decided to write my real experience here visible for everyone, i am originally from berlin and not really fussy about things, but when you take 95€ per night, - please show at least a bit effort and be not pissed about reasonable, fair critisism. in comments of former guests, you can see similar mentionings.
Bed is not a bed, kitchen is not a kitchen, its a tiny cooking corner in the living room, without oven, and with a tiny fridge.
family friendly??? ... well groundfloor that was indeed convinient with a pram.
