The kitchenette includes all cooking utensils, Pots/Pans/Toaster/Coffee Maker/2 burner portable cooktop /Dishes/Microwave, and Refrigerator. The bathroom is equipped with extra towels and some toiletries. The living room window/doors open completely to see sweeping views of ocean/city/mountain, great for watching sunset! This is the prefect spot to celebrate your special occassion or for those who want to be steps away from beach and heart of Waikiki.

My office is a couple buildings away, Exit Realty office, so can show you to room anytime from 9:30 am to 4 pm. If checking in late, we can make lockbox arrangements located in the lobby of my building at 2463 Kuhio.

Please provide your flight arrival information (flight # and arrival time) so we can plan for your arrival to Waikik and get you checked in.

Per community house rules, all guests must register on-site with a valid photo id or passport required for all guests in the unit. VISITORS are not permitted un-escorted above the lobby level. Security card key activity is monitored and serves the purpose to provide extra security. Use of card key is reserved for paying Guests or Residents only and may not be used to allow access to anyone else. FAILURE to comply with the building rules will result in violations and fines which you will be responsible.
In general, all guests, residents & visitors are asked to be a good neighbor and to comply with the following building rules:

-No smoking in the unit or in the common areas of the building.
-Loud music or TV playback is generally not allowed.
-Items may never hang over or from the lanai ledge.
-Trash chutes are located on each floor - please tie your bags prior to releasing down the shoot so you do not cause a clog. If you have items too large for the trash chute, please use the dumpsters located in the garage.
-Intoxicated behavior in any common area is prohibited.
-Express check-out, please place all keys in the “Key Drop” located in the back door of our office (located at Kuhio Village )to the right of the security desk in the lobby of Tower 1. Unaccounted key cards will incur a $100 charge per card missing or damaged.

Additionally, all guests are also asked to leave the room in order during their stay, report any leaks or damages immediately, and asked to not leave food out, unsealed or in the trash as this will attract bugs into the unit; units are on routine bug control however we ask that you do not feed them or the BIRDS :)
Do not place anything other than toilet paper into the toilet or you will cause a clog. Please do NOT dispose female products, “flushable wipes”, or baby wipes in the toilet or you could be responsible to pay the plumbing bill.
If you park a car in the Kuhio Village parking garage, you MUST pre-pay for a parking ticket to display on the front dashboard of your car NO EXECPTIONS. If your ticket expires or if you do not properly display the ticket your car may be towed at your expense. We do not manage the parking stalls and the tow company is independently operated. You should not leave valuables unattended or locked in the car.
Upon checking out, leave all dirty towels in the bathtub or in the laundry basket. The cleaning fee will take care of general cleaning and laundry but please make sure the unit is not “trashed” or excessively dirty with trash, sand or dishes otherwise additional cleaning may be charged against your deposit. Do NOT bring sand into the unit or into the bathroom. Sand will clog the drains and you may be responsible should a plumber be called to remove the clog.

great spot, the location is prime! blocks from the beach. masubi downstairs is great for a quick meal. rooftop pool was amazing. would stay here again!

I guess all the positive reviews for this host and their units are accurate if the you don't encounter any issues during the stay? Day 2 of our stay, one of the hosts reached out repeatedly telling us they needed to come into the unit with the hotel management due to a leak from another unit. Ok, it was unexpected, we agreed. (Had to put our day plans on hold of course). They host came with the hotel staff and it turned out they had to cut a giant hole in the bathroom to inspect. We were promised the unit would be cleaned after the job was done. Upon our asking, the host offered to move us to another unit in a building blocks away, much further from the beach. We asked if there was anything else to be done, she said she didn't think so, so we decided to stay in our original unit. When we returned to the room, we found a note stating the next morning, they had to come in again between 9-5 to drill a hole in the lanai as a new project!!! When we entered the bathroom, it was covered in drywall dust, including the counter, the floors and the worst part, OUR TOWELS, some even blew out to the living room. At this time, the host was not reachable, and the hotel had no house keeping. They sent a guy up twice to repeat a shabby clean job. For 2 hours, we (and the hotel) tried to reach out to the host to 1) deal with the drywall dust filled condo 2) clarify why there's unknown maintenance to be done the next day. Literally no one replied. We spent the whole night on edge and clueless, couldn't plan our next day out. The next morning, we had to walk over to get the host at the office. She claimed they had no idea this construction was happening. Eventually, she stayed in our unit to deal with it and sent in her house keeper to clean up after. When I asked for compensation, she offered $100US refund stating that housekeeping cost them money too. (How is that the guests problem?) And she also slipped in the fact that they will once again have to enter our unit 2 days later for another bit of work! In our 10 day stay, strangers had to come in 3 times and caused us major inconvenience, we probably spent almost a full day out of our vacation dealing with all these issues with basically no compensation. "We didn't know" is frankly inexcusable for a host to say when it comes things like this. There seems to be no communication between the hotel and the host and the host is not reachable after office hours, even in urgent situations. Yes, we were offered another unit, but we declined due to location and assurance that after the first incident, the work was done. Maybe we were simply just that unlucky...

Aloha Kristyn, thank you for taking the time to detail the unplanned events that happened during your stay. We were completely surprised as you were because the hotel folks were searching for a leak below and thought it was our unit. We found out later that the hotel offered to move you when they have nothing to do with the private rental and they NEVER should have entered your unit without us. I will discuss the situation with the owners and the hotel management because this should have NEVER have happened. The hole in the wall they opened up was for leak detection and after the inconvienced you by demanding the wall be opened, it revaled the leak source was NOT our unit. On day 2, we offered to move you because the hotel desk notified us that day that the same stack had a problem with the a/c drains from the lanai and they had to schedule the maintenance to fix the situation.... a 2nd situation. The place we offer was nicer, bigger and the same distance to the beach however it was a full 1 bedroom residence and in hind sight, we all wished we did move you so you did not have to deal with the mess to follow the repairs the hotel and building were doing with no notice. Occasionally, these things can happen but we always try to take care of our guest first. I am sorry these things happened during your stay. Aloha from Hawaii Dream Realty Team

Great hosts, very helpful! Location is perfect, close to everything. Room was very clean and bed comfy. We arrived at night and A/C was nice and cool with lights on. That was a nice touch. A/C is a little noisy though. The hosts also checked up to make sure everything was ok and gave us a tour guide that could help us plan our week, he was really good too. View is good, hotel itself is nice and everyone really friendly. Thank you Dream Realty Team!

We are a TEAM of professionals who manage individually owned condo apartments for the owners when they aren't using them within several different condo / hotel buildings in Waikiki. We offer a range of accommodations types from small studio apartments (with or without kitchenettes) to 2 bedroom residences with full kitchens.

We want your stay to be an enjoyable one and finding the right match for you is key. As a general guideline, there are many different types of buildings and hotel-type of arrangements. For those doing Hawaii on a budget, studios offer the best of both worlds providing a clean, private place to stay within walking distance to the BEACH at affordable prices (vary for upgrades, views, cooking abilities). For those looking for nicer or larger accommodations, then you should target $150/night off season to $250/night peak season (vary for upgrades, views, cooking abilities, building amenities, parking included). If you are looking for an Ocean-front experience, then target $350- $400/night and for a luxury experience, $500 to over $1000/night. Hawaii offers something for everyone at every price point!

Our vacation rental units are privately owned and managed. We offer an alternative to the hotel experience allowing our guests to “live like a local” in paradise whether be for a few days, a few weeks or a few months. Our units are well maintained, repaired when necessary and treated routinely with pest control services. We try not to interrupt our guests during their stay, and if the unexpected happens, we do our best to resolve it quickly with the least inconvenience to our guests. Upon arrival, we try to meet all our guests personally to register, check-in, and answer any questions. And if you’re running late don’t worry, we can make arrangements no matter the hour and register you in the office the next day.

Stop by our real estate office, ground floor of Kuhio Village. We are there daily to assist and share this incredibly beautiful island, local eateries, activities and entertainment found in Waikiki and around the island.
