Per community house rules, all guests must register with the on-site resident manager or security. A photo copy of valid government issued identification is required for all guests in the unit.

All residents are required to sign-in their guests at the Security Desk in the main lobby for every visit. Guests are not permitted unescorted above the lobby level and may not be in possession/and or use of key set. Use of key set is reserved for the express use of residents only and may not be used to allow access to anyone other than the resident and guest.

In general, all guests are asked to be a good neighbor and to also comply with the following:
-Loud music or TV playback is generally not allowed.
-Trash chutes are located on all floors. Please adhere to posted signing. If you have items too large for the trash chute, please use the dumpster in the garage.
-All personal items (towels/ clothing) may never hang over or from a lanai ledge.
-Intoxicated behavior in any common area is prohibited.
-Upon check-out, please place all keys in the key drop in the door to the rear of our office to the right of the security desk in the lobby of Tower 1. Unaccounted for key sets will incur a $100 charge per set.

The room is in a perfect location. Very clean. The hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond. Overall good experience!

This place as described and exactly as shown in the photos. However, the apartment is located on the other side of the elevator, so you should walk around the building to get in :) Also, the building door that is close to the elevators closes at 8:00 pm, so if you come late you should use the other side door, which make you walk around the block to access it. In addition, only for the fist day, the AC won't be cold at least that was our case, but wait till night then the room will be freezing. At the end, I really did like staying at this apartment and the young girl at the front disk was nice and helpful.

My hubby and I loved the location. This is a very small building and coming and going using the elevator was a breeze. There is no waiting time. Location is wonderful and the people are super helpful/sweet. It is literally minutes from the beach. It was a clean cozy place. When I went to check in, they told me that one of of chairs from inside the room was removed because it was broken. I did not really mind seating on the floor. Hubby and I also took turns seating on the chair or on the bed. We were always out and about so honestly the chair was not missed. I noticed that the picture included a patio with a table and chairs. We noticed that there was only one chair (not sure if other people would like to use the patio area or not). With the weather ever changing, we prefer to remain inside because the room had air conditioning. All in all, I loved this place and we would definitely recommend it and look forward to booking it in the future.

A great place to stay. Quiet and private. You can sleep as much as you want and the time you want. It is near all you need for a great vacation. Beach, restaurants,bus, tour companies especially Shaka Tours. I am staying there again soon!

The unit was clean and nice. People were nice and friendly. Close to the beach and 24 hour store downstairs. They were very responsible and helpful with all my requests. I'll definitely choose Hawaiian Dream Realty TEAM next time again. Thank you.

We offer a range of accommodations types from small studio apartments (with or without kitchenettes) to 2 bedroom residences with full kitchens.

We want your stay to be an enjoyable one and finding the right match for you is key. As a general guideline, there are many different types of buildings and hotel-type of arrangements. For those doing Hawaii on a budget, studios offer the best of both worlds providing a clean, private place to stay within walking distance to the BEACH at affordable prices (vary for upgrades, views, cooking abilities). For those looking for nicer or larger accommodations, then you should target $150/night off season to $250/night peak season (vary for upgrades, views, cooking abilities, building amenities, parking included). If you are looking for an Ocean-front experience, then target $350- $400/night and for a luxury experience, $500 to over $1000/night. Hawaii offers something for everyone at every price point!

Our vacation rental units are privately owned and managed. We offer an alternative to the hotel experience allowing our guests to “live like a local” in paradise whether be for a few days, a few weeks or a few months. Our units are well maintained, repaired when necessary and treated routinely with pest control services. We try not to interrupt our guests during their stay, and if the unexpected happens, we do our best to resolve it quickly with the least inconvenience to our guests. Upon arrival, we try to meet all our guests personally to register, check-in, and answer any questions. And if you’re running late don’t worry, we can make arrangements no matter the hour and register you in the office the next day.

Stop by our real estate office, ground floor of Kuhio Village (between lobby doors and public parking ramp, off the sidewalk), any time. We are there daily to assist and share this incredibly beautiful island, local eateries, activities and entertainment found in Waikiki and around the island.
