There is a Queen size bed . Cable TV is available on large 32" flatscreen TV, The kitchenette includes all cooking utensils, Pots/Pans/Toaster/Coffee Maker/ hot plate/Dishes/Microwave, and Refrigerator. The bathroom is equipped with extra towels and toiletries. The outdoor balcony can sit 2-3 people. This is great for a few people who want to be steps away from beach and heart of Waikiki.

Per community house rules, all guests must register with the on-site resident manager or security. A photo copy of valid government issued identification is required for all guests in the unit.

All residents are required to sign-in their guests at the Security Desk in the main lobby for every visit. Guests are not permitted unescorted above the lobby level and may not be in possession/and or use of key set. Use of key set is reserved for the express use of residents only and may not be used to allow access to anyone other than the resident and guest.

In general, all guests are asked to be a good neighbor and to also comply with the following:
-Loud music or TV playback is generally not allowed.
-Trash chutes are located on all floors. Please adhere to posted signing. If you have items too large for the trash chute, please use the dumpster in the garage.
-All personal items (towels/ clothing) may never hang over or from a lanai ledge.
-Intoxicated behavior in any common area is prohibited.
-Upon check-out, please place all keys in the key drop in the door to the rear of our office to the right of the security desk in the lobby of Tower 1. Unaccounted for key sets will incur a $100 charge per set.

Unbeatable location. Steps from Waikiki Beach and the strip of shops and restaurants. Right downstairs is the bus to Diamond Head. 1 block away is Alamo to rent a car. 3-4 blocks away from Food Pantry for snacks and groceries. The kitchen is small but manageable. The air conditioner is super cold and the internet is nice and fast. Host was crazy accommodating. There is a parking lot underneath the condo for a fee (to park 24 hours is $25). Condo included a boogie board, donut floaty, 4 bamboo beach mats, 2 beach chairs, and was also provided beach towels. Spent 2 weeks here and felt like home. Can't wait to stay here again. Thanks so much!

Perfect place for 1-2 people! Great location, walking distance to everything in waikiki, easy check-in, quiet at night but close enough to all the night life! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling on a budget/just needing a place to crash. Very clean, AC worked great. Beach supplies (boogie board, umbrella, beach mats, snorkel equipment, chairs etc. ) there for use which was great. $25/24hr for parking but it's super close.

If you search for $25-$75 dollars more per night, you should find units with parking included with the room rate in other great buildings with amenities close by. The studio room we booked was exactly what we expected in size, cleanliness and well maintained. Upon arrival, checking in was easy and was also advised of the great places we can eat nearby, tourist attractions easily accessible to us. We definitely intend to stay there again as it was just perfect for two. Location was a major factor in our stay, everything was so easy to get to

Walking distance to the beach but not the best beach around. Honolulu is generally overpriced but the restaurants and shops that are worth the big price tag they ask for are a bit further than this location. Still, everything in Waikiki is max a 15 min walk from this location. Really helpful during check in. If you want things like beach chairs make sure you ask during check in. Also - if you plan on cooking know the kitchen is really small! Worked fine for us because we just cooked breakfast but I wouldn't plan on cooking a full meal here.

Next time try the beach right by the Duke's statue which is lovely with white sandy and has an area with a protective wall making a safer area for small children or those not wanting to play in the waves. Stayed here with another person, it was perfect. Located perfectly for us, a block from the beach and Main Street of Waikiki! One thing to note is that you are responsible for toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels, etc) as well as cleaning your sheets or bath towels. That was the only downside but the location, cleanliness and accuracy made it all worth while and then some! I'd go back.

Next time, we do offer extra cleaning for a fee if you wish for us to come in to touch up clean, wash all the linens or do it all in the middle of your stay. We also supply 2 rolls of toilet paper and an extra (unopened) roll of paper towels along with some other supplies which are prefect for short stays. We also offer guest to buy more toiletries from us should they need just one more item. We want your stay to be an enjoyable one and finding the right match for you is key. As a general guideline, there are many different types of buildings and hotel-type of arrangements. For those doing Hawaii on a budget, studios offer the best of both worlds providing a clean, private place to stay within walking distance to the BEACH at affordable prices (vary for upgrades, views, cooking abilities). For those looking for nicer or larger accommodations, then you should target $150/night off season to $250/night peak season (vary for upgrades, views, cooking abilities, building amenities, parking included). If you are looking for an Ocean-front experience, then target $350- $400/night and for a luxury experience, $500 to over $1000/night. Hawaii offers something for everyone at every price point!

Our vacation rental units are privately owned and managed. We offer an alternative to the hotel experience allowing our guests to “live like a local” in paradise whether be for a few days, a few weeks or a few months. Our units are well maintained, repaired when necessary and treated routinely with pest control services. We try not to interrupt our guests during their stay, and if the unexpected happens, we do our best to resolve it quickly with the least inconvenience to our guests. Upon arrival, we try to meet all our guests personally to register, check-in, and answer any questions. And if you’re running late don’t worry, we can make arrangements no matter the hour and register you in the office the next day.
