Each apartment are for two persons.
The beds are of high quality and the bathroom with its vastbrand new shower, its new wc and nice bowl .
The apartment LES OIVIERS has a king size bed, and a comfortable sofa which may welcome a guest as it can be transformed in a bed.
Whereas the apartment LES VIGNES has a queen size apartment and a beautiful ornamental chimney.
Both apartments have cozy and inviting living/dining room opens up to a light filled and fully equipped Provençal style kitchen. This includes a dishwasher, oven, stoves, fridge, all cooking tools. It will provide you with every necessary elements to easily cook and entertain your family or friends.
Each living-dining room has also a beautiful diner table and could gather 4 people easily,
Each apartment has a huge wadrobe (-cupboard, closet) which make you easy to store your clothes and a chest of drawers that will accommodate all your belongings
The fully equipped kitchen has its dishwashing machine, fridge, stove and microwave .
Linen, sheets, Towels are provided on demand.
Each apartment has access to a vast laundry downstairs with a washing machine, iron ,iron table.
Each apartment has internet access,, satellite and television.
Lourmarin is one hour by car from the charming Mediterranean harbor of Cassis and its impressive cliffs
40 minutes by car from Aix-en-Provence TGV railway station or Avignon TGV railway station, 50 minutes from Marseille airport and 35 minutes from the private airport of Avignon or that of Les Milles. There are more than 12 restaurants, including three gastronomic which have Michelin stars in Lourmarin , Bonnieux , Cucuron , Ansouis.

A very respectfull conduct,people taking care of the environment and of the flats as if they were owners.
In order to enjoy the tranquility of their stay, renters shall adhere to this Quality Charter.
1)The property gate house shall be maintained closed at the entranceof the property.
2)Whenever the renters are away from the house rent, they shall close carefully the doors and the windows of the house. The owner is not responsible for any theft which might happen in house. Renters are sole responsible for their own effects. So they should be cautious to leave nothing of value either at home or in their car which is recommended to be maintained closed. In case of bike rental, the renter is the only responsible for its bike .
3)The swimming pool is protected by a safety gate and a security barrier. Renters are entirely and solely responsible for the use of it. It is duly recommended to survey children and never to let them alone in the swimming pool. The gate of the swimming pool should be maintained closed.
Under storm, to swim in the swimming pool is completely forbidden. The use of special cosmetics (for swimming pool) is also advised to conserve the cleanness of the water. The emergency call for assistance in case of accident in France is 18 ( firemen and assistance).
4)Dustbin shall be put twice a week at the gate of the property (glasses separated from other « déchets ( waste) »).
5) In order to preserve environment, cigarettes shall be put only in ashtrays at the entrance of the house or in ashtrays inside the house. In order to respect the health and the well-being of any renters, smoking is forbidden in the bedrooms. Smoking and barbecue are also forbidden in the pine-wood of the domain.
6)The chimney is just for decoration and for any other use.
7)Toilets : as you are in a protected environmental area with a sanitary equipment composed of « septic fosses », nothing else than paper toilet shall be put in the WC. For « tampons », hygienic towels and condoms, please use the dustbin at your disposal.
8) Pets : Whenever a pet is authorized by owner, renters shall keep an eye on it and do not allow the pet to jump on chairs, beds or sofas. It is also forbidden for your animal to swim in the swimming pool. As responsible for your pet, please collect its « excrements » and stay them in the bin.
9)Lighting : it is clearly recommended not to let outdoor lights lighted during the night and the main outside light should be turn off.
10)The umbrella(s) on the terrace or along the swimming pool must be closed whenever there is wind in order not to break and should any way be closed whenever you live your terrace or the swimming pool. Indeed, in case of breakage due to a lack of diligence as the non closing of umbrellas , the renter should replace the damaged umbrella at his own cost by a new one
11) For security,the cook should be turn off after each use.

"Epicurieuse", passionnée de nature et de Provence, après avoir eu en charge la responsabilité juridique des 30 villages du Club Med, j'ai restauré une bastide provençale au cœur du Luberon , dans un domaine familiale chargé d'histoire, face au château de Lourmarin.
J'ai ainsi rénové deux magnifiques appartements indépendants avec des vues exceptionnelles sur la campagne provençale, l'oliveraie et ses vignes.
Ceux -ci bénéficient du calme absolu, tout en étant à deux pas du cœur de Lourmarin, de ses restaurants , Cafés et nombreux commerces et galeries d'art.
Partager cet endroit de villégiature hors du commun en accueillant des hôtes est bonheur riche en expériences culturelles avec les nombreux festivals de musique de Provence comme ceux d' Aix en Provence ou la Roque d'Anthéron , de Lacoste , de théâtre en Avignon, ou encore celle du salon de la bibliophilie ou des rencontres Albert Camus à Lourmarin, rencontres photographiques en Arles,mais aussi expériences gastronomiques (nombreux restaurants étoilés aux alentours mais aussi restaurants traditionnelles) et sportives (randonnées pédestres ou équestres dans le parc Naturel du Luberon mais aussi dans les grands sites de la Sainte victoire, si chère à Cézanne ,ou encore de Camargue.
