The Condo offers a quiet retreat from a busy day at the office or from the bustle of the casinos. It is so cute and cozy that staying in could be an equally pleasant alternative. The kitchen is well equipped. One queen size bed in the bedroom, a folding twin bed, a studio bed, and two couches in the living room. Pretty and colorful blankets, linen and towels are provided. Large bathroom with state of the art sink and tiled floor all over including patio/balcony.
Easy access to the resort style clubhouse. Enjoy state-of-the-art gym, jump in the pool or just sit and read your favorite book by the hot tub. Parking lots are wheelchair accessible.

Guests are welcomed by a dedicated condo manager/concierge when they first check-in. They are given a tour of the condo and provided with all other needed information about the premises. Host keeps in contact with the guest through Airbnb and personal email, and by dedicated cellphone.

"CHECK-IN" after 8:00 PM, will be an extra charge of $25.00. This is for the condo manager/concierge who has to drive some distance to open the gate.
"CHECK-OUT" after 2:00 PM, will be an extra charge for one night, since it interferes with the scheduled cleaning time for getting the condo ready for the next guest. Guest should notify the host before 11:00 AM if they’re not able to meet the usual check-out time.
If the guest loses their gate remote, they will be charged its replacement cost of $75.00.
The rental costs for week-ends, holidays and special days are slightly higher.
Cleaning fee is $80 per reservation up to 3 weeks stay.
Condo is NOT baby and toddler proof. Child should be supervised at play.
Walls and ceiling are not completely sound proof. Like almost all the condos in the complex, the condo was originally also an apartment conversion which retained the original construction characteristics. Those characteristics did not provide adequate sound-proofing. The result is that footsteps in the condo above are easily heard because the floor is not reinforced with a layer of concrete. Also, music next door when played at moderate volume can be heard through thin walls.
Parts of the tile floor may appear unclean. For ease of cleaning, the entire condo floor is composed of stone tile. The floor is professionally scrubbed with a power floor brush with stiff bristles and floor cleaner after each guest leaves. The artistic design and material of the tile sometimes make certain parts of the tile appear untidy. This is actually not the case. However, to preserve the floor's clean appearance, we require guests to cover their shoes or wear slippers. Disposable shoe covers and slippers are conveniently provided in a box next to the front door.
The Cleaning Fee paid by the guest is essentially the same amount paid by the host to the cleaning service to prepare the condo for the next guest. Prospective guests should not consider the fee as excuse for not cleaning the place up before they leave. The house rule regarding cleanliness should be observed at all times, especially on the last day. This includes taking the trash to the dumpster, making sure all used plates and silverware are put in the dishwasher, and soiled towels are placed in the laundry hamper.
Definitely NO smoking and NO pets. Please be respectful of neighbors. Quiet time typically is from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Empty trash can and dispose all trash and left- over food in the fridge before check out. Leave pool and gym key, and gate remote by the TV if checking out earlier than 11:00 AM.
The floors are all tiled; disposable slippers and shoe covering conveniently by the door SHOULD BE WORN while in the condo.
The thermostat is set for heat in the winter and cool for the summer. The fan should be left in AUTO position at all times.
