Taz-Zghar is a rustically furnished spacious farmhouse villa, located in the quaint village of Nadur in Gozo, only 3km away from the ferry and the famous Ramla Bay - a beach with red sand.
This newly renovated and rustically furnished property can host up to 10 people in 4 large and bright double bedrooms (2 double and 2 twin) and a comfortable sofa-bed in the living room. All the bedrooms are laid out around an intimate dipping pool and deck area.
The holiday villa has a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, and electric kettle, ideal to prepare meals for all the family. Adjoining the kitchen is an bright open-plan dining and living area equipped to entertain with 32 inch LED TV and free WiFi.
All bedrooms are located on the first floor and enjoy bright sunlight for most of the day. The property has 3 bathrooms, all with large showers. Two double bedrooms also enjoy a terrace overlooking the internal yard (where the dipping pool and deck area are located).
There are air-conditioning units in three bedrooms ( in two double and in a twin bedroom). The fourth bedroom has got fans.
This farmhouse villa is ideal for families and groups of friends who wish to relax in a traditional setting, whilst being equipped with all modern amenities.
Guests can enjoy private deck and BBQ area as part of the villa.

Note about check-in! When arriving at Malta International Airport at 19:00 or later and hiring a car, you will be met at the airport by the owners who will give you the keys and detailed route how to reach the property since there is a high probability that you would not make it to Gozo until very late at night and the housekeeper is not available for the check-in at that time anymore.
All accommodation on the Maltese islands are required by law to collect Environmental Contribution i.e Eco Tax at €0.50 per adult (18 years +) per night, capped at €5 (maximum). This contribution is not included in the rental rate and has to be settled on arrival in cash.

CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT
The standard check-in time is after 3pm and check-out by 10am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, but when possible, will be offered.
The maximum number of guests is limited to the number of persons booked. If more guests will join the group than initially confirmed in the booking, the extra guest charge over and above 4 persons applies and it has to be settled either by amending the reservation on airbnb or paying the extra guest charge on arrival in cash.
This is a non smoking property. Smoking is only allowed outside.
Pets are permitted only with prior agreement.
Rates include a linen and towel setup per week. Water and 20 units (kWh) of electricity daily is included in the rental price which covers an average consumption. In case of electricity over-consumption guests can purchase additional electricity cards (€20 per card = 80 units).
While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is NOT included in the rental rate. We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the property, but we provide extra beach towels for your use.
DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the drainage system, you could be charged damages of up to two hundred Euro (€200).
TV & WiFi
TV is provided and service level has been chosen by the host. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, or personal preferences with regard to TV service. High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the booking. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to internet service.
AIR CONDITIONING (Heating & Cooling)
The guests agree that air conditioning shall not be set below 21 degrees Celsius and heat shall not be set above 26, and that the fan setting shall be “Auto”. Doors and windows shall be closed when either heat or air conditioning is in operation. Air Conditioning units shall NOT be left switched on whilst the room or the premises are unoccupied.
The guests are advised that as per law no loud noise is permitted between 11pm and 7am. This is a quiet neighbourhood, please respect the neighbours whilst on holiday.
The guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.
Any guests making a booking under false pretense will not be permitted to check in.
