The Lodge362 @ Hup Kee is a self-catering double story terrace vacation home/homestay in Kuching, Sarawak. The house has a spacious living hall, dining area, a bedroom(Grd floor), equipped dry and wet kitchen and 3 ensuite bedrooms on first floor.
Bedroom 1 - A queen bed, a single bed, Air-cond, Bathroom attached with water heater (sleep 3).
Bedroom 2 - A queen bed, a single bed, air-cond, bathroom attached with water heater (sleep 3).
Bedroom 3 - Two super single bed, air-cond, bathroom attached with water heater (sleep 2).
Bedroom 4 is located at ground floor. Consist of 3 double bunk bed, air-cond (sleep 6)
Fresh duvets/blankets, linens and towels for each new guest.
Bedroom windows are equipped with mosquito netting.
Iron, iron board and hair drier are place in the master room.
Free unlimited Unifi wifi internet is available.
Cosy Living room - comfy 5 seater sofa, coffee table, Air-cond, Stand fan, TV, DVD player, Astro NJOI.
Dining area - a 6 seater dining set.
Fully equipped dry and wet kitchen such as gas stove, microwave, fridge, washing machine, rice cooker, electric kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, pots, pans, cups, plates, glasses, cutleries provided.
Covered car porch for 2 cars
Guest will have the whole house during their stay. feel free to use items provided such as fridge, washing machine, microwave oven, rice cooker, toaster, electric kettle, hair dryer, iron & iron board.

Guest may request for early check in and/or late check out at no additional cost but subject to availability.
Small scale wedding event is allow. Kindly inform landlord in advance for guidelines. :)
1.Check-in/out: Check-in is at 3:00pm on your reservation start date. Check-out time is 10:00am on your reservation end date. This allows time to properly clean the house.
2.The Tenants shall maintain the premises in a good, clean, and ready to rent condition, and use the premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The tenants shall leave the premises in a ready to rent condition at the expiration of the rental agreement, defined by the Landlord as being immediately habitable by the next tenants.
3.Waste disposal: The Tenants shall dispose of all waste material generated during the rental period in a lawful manner and put the trash in the bin in front of the main gate during their stay for pickup. Wednesday and Saturday the garbage is picked up in the morning. Tenant is cautioned not to leave trash outside the bin because it attracts animals.
4.Damages: The Tenants shall pay for any damage done to the premises over and above normal wear and tear.
5. No pets allowed: No animals or pets of any kind will be brought onto the premises.
6.Occupants: The Tenants shall have no more than 14 persons reside or sleep on the premises; unless special permission is granted by landlord.
7.Noise Regulations: The Tenants shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbours respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. The Tenants shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. Creating a disturbance of the above nature shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement and Tenants shall then immediately vacate the premises. Quiet hour starts at 10:00 PM and outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum.
8. No smoking allowed: There shall be no smoking inside the premises and balcony. Smoking is permitted outside the home.
9.Landlord shall provide towels, linens, cups, knives, forks, spoons, dishes, and other items as commonly used. Tenants are free to use consumable items available such as toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry soap, bath gel, and other consumables left at the premises by previous tenant.
10.The Tenants and Tenants' Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Landlord against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Tenants expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Landlord may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Tenants, and that Tenants should purchase their own insurance for Tenants and Guests if such coverage is desired.
11.Tenants expressly acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is for transient occupancy of the Property, and that Tenants do not intend to make the property a residence or household.
outages: We seldom experience outages. Any outages are beyond our control. No refunds or compensation will be given for any outages.
13.Shortened stays: There shall be no refunds of rents due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions, due to work and family emergencies or other commitments.
14.Security: Tenant shall see to their own security while in the property by locking doors, windows, main gate, etc. when it's prudent to do so.
15.Decoration: Please respect the arts/painting.
16. Lost key replacement: There is a RM200 charge for replacement of lost keys
