This Beachside Penthouse delivers stunning ocean views and the sound of the waves hitting the beach will put you to sleep. This penthouse is steps away from the beach. The town of Oceanside is full of quaint shops, the Pier and a walking strand along the beach!
The Beachside Penthouse sleeps 7 comfortably. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a beautiful view of the ocean. The second room has two twin size beds and the family area includes a double pull down Murphy bed and a twin pullout. This condo has two separate living spaces both equipped with televisions for convenience for kids and parents. A full sized kitchen with updated appliances and all necessary kitchen amenities included. Off of the kitchen is a beautiful bamboo table surrounded by benches for maximum amount of seating and an additional three chairs. The balcony includes a table perfect for a casual dinner while viewing the ocean and the sunset and is perfect for cooking on the gas grill.
Guests will have access to a garage space and includes many items to make your stay more enjoyable. PLEASE NOTE: the garage will not fit an SUV or large car.
*This condo is on the third floor and there is no elevator.
Included in the garage are beach chairs, umbrella, 4 bikes, 2 surfboards, 2 boogie boards, beach toys, shovel, basketball, football, everything you will need to enjoy the beach and surrounding area.
Beach towels are available as well.
An outside shower is just around the corner for you when you are done at the beach.
The unit has a privtate washer and dryer and there is also a community laundry with a washer/dryer by the garages. There is a key in the kitchen drawer for the laundry room.
There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and in dining area and two individual fans for days that get a little warm.

There is a $170 non-refundable cleaning deposit and a $500 refundable security deposit.
Please be courteous of the other guests and keep children from running through complex, up and down stairs, for safety reasons
Quiet hours : 10pm- 8am
There is no AC in the unit and most of the year it is not needed. Being on the top floor, there is usually a nice breeze from the ocean. Also, ceiling fans in both bedrooms and dining area. We also provide 3 additional fans.
Parking -Please do not park in the two parking spaces located behind the building. The spots are reserved for tenants that live there year-round. Also, do not leave your car parked in front of the garages.
Street Sweeping - every other Monday. You can move your car to the opposite side of the street (it has different hours for street sweeping)
The train station is less than a mile which runs from 6am to Midnight. It is something that most guest get use to after the first day or so. The City of Oceanside and the railroad are putting in a quiet zone at all crossings through Oceanside. This will eliminate the trains from bowing their horns at the crossing and will be a great advantage for us. The project is to be completed mid-2017.
No Smoking in the condo or on premises
As of January, 2012 California landlords have the right to restrict or even completely ban smoking on all or parts of the rental premises, common areas and individual units (URL HIDDEN) § 1947.5.)b
The complex is only 6 units and there are owners and full time residents living here so please be courteous.
