I will make sure the space is clean and welcoming. Clean towels, clean sheets, extra sheets, Brita water pitcher, washer/dryer and detergent etc will be at your disposal.
Being a host who'll be traveling during your stay, I'm always available to answer questions in a timely manner.
I have a shy dog named Frank who won't be present, but we will do our best to sweep up all those rogue hairs. If you're highly allergic, I'm not sure this would be a good place to stay, as this is a dog friendly premises,
This is a family neighborhood, so be mindful of noise after dark.
Remove shoes at the front door, it can get muddy out there!

I'm a freelance animator, kayaker, gardener (in the process of blossoming), snowboarder, artist, and dog lover who moved to Portland from Brooklyn in 2006 to experience life in a different city that offered the same level of art, music, and food. And I got more than what I bargained for, because Portland has an energy and warmth that Brooklyn doesn't.
I've spent the last six years enjoying my house alone and then with roommates. But now the roommates have left, and the house feels too big for my dog and I. That's why I want to share it with people who are visiting this fair town!
